While I was entering an Uber suv I bumped the front recipient area on the roof of the car while I had a hat on. There was no bleeding but it was a pretty hard bump, is there any chance of my grafts being damaged at 13 months post op?

Airplane windows have a special UV protection tint there’s no way you can get sun burnt in an airplane cabin from an open window, don’t worry.

Does wearing a hat everyday weaken hair or cause hair loss?

Is it better to wash your hair before applying Xyon dut or can you keep applying it on the scalp with the same topical in from the previous day? Does washing hair before application make a difference?

I accidentally hit my head (the recipient area) on a low ceiling very hard and my head hurts. Can this affect my hair transplant results at 11 months post op?

The front is usually completely matured by month 12, the crown can take longer.

Are you on Finasteride or Dutasteride? It seems your hair loss has progressively gotten worse 

You should never had a hair transplant at 19 to begin with. 

This is very sad to see, approximately when in April did you have the procedure done?

Advising a patient to have a hair transplant every 10 months would be trolling. Do you have any idea how traumatizing a hair transplant is to your scalp? The scalp needs time to heal.

Every 2 years is ideal for full recovery. 

2-3 years would be the best

In reality it isn’t, every medication has effects and oral minoxidil takes a toll on your heart and skin. 

OP, What is your medication regimen? Which clinic did you go to?

I have noticed this issue with many hair transplant patients including myself, I don’t recall having any grey hairs before my hair transplant and now there are a few popping here and there. I don’t think it’s a coincidence, I believe the the process of a hair transplant puts too much stress on the scalp and prematurely greys hairs.

Which hair length is best for the front to show the illusion of density and hide thinning/receding hairline?

Mainly avoiding sun exposure up to at least the 6 month mark. Other than getting sun burnt grafts are secure at 3 months.

Do you place fibers over the crown area after applying the topical Dut? Topical makes hair look like crap and exposed weak areas, is there any way to style the hair back to a desirable look after applying topical

That’s really no excuse, as a patient it would make me very uncomfortable knowing I can’t get a hold of my surgeon and the clinic suddenly vanished. 

How could anyone trust a surgeon that goes off the radar like this? 

Shaving your head is not a sign of confidence, it is a submission to baldness. Honestly, content such as BaldCafe are not helping the hair loss community they are making people feel like it’s okay to be bald.

Look at baldcafe himself when he had hair he was a very handsome guy and then his physical appearance significantly degraded after he decided to “shave it off”.  He had a bald spot on his crown and it got to him so bad he thought shaving it off was the answer while his front hairline was still strong, he never took any medication due to fear mongering and his baldness spread over a short period of time.
I’m sure he secretly regrets his decision of not taking any hair loss medication due to fear mongering. 

When you go the barber are you going to have the recipient area cut?
