Also the price of 3000€ for 3200 grafts is a great value for money for a great surgeon like dr Gur. I think this price is affordable , reasonable and it’s not overpriced like we see in other clinics…

    thank youΒ

i selected regular package, but trust me the staff is very qualified and trained by Dr Gur so they follow all the protocols (not ofer harvesting, not going too high or too low in the donor area, etc.) The normal package costed 3K.

    Overall experienceΒ

The clinic does only 2 patients a day not more. They give realistic result and Dr Gur doesn't prefer to make copy paste square hairlines that look not natural. It should suit your face, age, skin etc. The surgery was very smooth, so smooth that i even fell a sleep several times and snored (i apologised after to the staff). The most painful part was the injection before the extraction and after. All supervision and incisions are done by Dr Gur, since he is responsible for the hair design. Honestly i dont care about much the extra amenities that other clinics highlight (e.g. taxi, etc). Transportation was provided to and from, the hotel is located 3 minutes walling from the clinic. After the surgery the was review of procedure and a nice touch was that director of the clinic personally sat down and discussed with me what was good and what was not. Honestly the surgery went smooth, zero stress, you get painkiller injections, antibiotic injections, all of it. After you get standard package of after care: antibiotics, painkillers, antibiotic creme in case of zits, shampoo, lotion, all instructions.Β

I m currently satisfied with the whole process and most important surgery, since the surgery itself is a top priority no flashy taxi :)

Today will be first was post surgery and then go back home.

Will post update pictures after several dates and when scabs will be removed.(comparing to other clinics i have minimum scabbing - and i saw some wild scabbing on the web)

    Overall highly recommendΒ

Well that's sad, I may stop and try to start finasteride little by little, starting with microdosing. Poor genetics. Is a good idea using bear?Β

Is even worse this days, more and more people want to look good. And let's be honest more difficult to find someone...

My man,Β  you sound depressed.Β  Come on, cheer up. First of all, try topical finasteride (reduces the side effects by a lot), secondly jump on minoxidil. Yes, it will take time, but at least you can get strong donor area.

What was the cost of this operation?

  7. 2 hours ago, Berik said:

When people are talking about wasting grafts, it's not about the money, it's more so about placing grafts in places where you don't need them - like on the crown instead of using those in the future for a hairline reconstruction or in the midscalp for added destiny.. a month out should be enough time to get back your deposit at most clinics, depending on their policy.Β

    Β

    2 hours ago, Berik said:

Fully agree with @Gatsby. You want to preserve all the grafts you have with your Norwood 6/7 future... if you end up getting surgery before all grafts have been "resurrected" it will be a loss of who knows how many. Also, you got more results in 1 month than I have in 5 so far - I'm jealous. You definitely are a hyper responder.Β

Add in dermarolling/tretinoin potentially, wait 2 years to observe Finasteride/Minoxidil full effects and you honestly might get to a point where instead of needing 5-6k grafts for coverage you only need 3k..Β

    7 hours ago, Gatsby said:

With this kind of a response I would highly recommend that you give this a good year to see what can be achieved by meds alone. You might be pleasantly surprised. I mean these are only 12 week results not 12 months. Definitely delay the surgery. πŸ‘Œ

Thank you guys for the feedbackΒ

but even HLC in ankara recommended to use fin and minox to strengthen donor area

    As i said beforeΒ

mainly after consulting FUE capilar we aiming max 2900-3000 grafts for the front

not going to waste any grafts on the crown

the mid scalp and crown mainly by meds

front will be just to compliment the meds

  8. FUE capilar has a fixed price doesnt matter the grafts. Dr Gur gave realistic evaluation and dont wanna lower the hair line and make it like square (like all the hair mills do). We will follow natural like a first fill in the front and slightly the mid without over harvesting. The remaining might be covered with meds, if not there will remain enough grafts for secondABDA753D-BBE0-4047-813A-265775C6834A.thumb.jpeg.c5c081d1ddfd0f8367d1875efa27be6f.jpeg
