Minoxidil twice daily

DHT blocking shampoo also added

Based on your pictures your donor head area gives only 2500-3000 Grafts at maximum.

You will need around 7000-8000 Grafts to cover all the bald areas. We can transplant only in 2 sessions over one year and only if you have good donor areas. Please let us also know your expectations. If you want to have a full and dense look, then, unfortunately, we have to say that this is not possible. But if you want a new hairline that will cover your face and fill the rest of the head with body grafts and light coverage, this could be possible. "

Going with dr turan or dr gur?

i did my research and it came down to these two and bicer

bicer quoted almost 10k Eur

and i choose gur

we discussed and planned two ht surgeries

one may

one later in the year

and he was very realistic about hair line and potential

other clinics when i called them told me they are doing 18-20clients per day

aka hair mills

fue capilar does max 2 surgeries per day

sometimes even one

i went with fue capilar in istanbul

My hair transplant surgery is in May

a week ago i started using Finesteride and Minoxidil

i also informed my surgeon that i m on it

should i continue and stop couple days before the surgery

or just stop until there is a surgery

You don’t have to worry about a conservative hairline. Think that dr Gur does conservative hairlines for your own profit. He want to save donor grafts for future use. He is an ethical doctor who doesn’t want to spend all of your grafts in lowering your hairline. 
but if you have small hair loss problem you can negotiate with him about the hairline height. I don’t think that’s a problem at all…

Not chasing non-realistic results. i m okay with a conservative hair line and definitely not planning to go for mega session. Already consulted Dr. Gur. He advised that two sessions will be needed and mainly will focus on hairline and top of the head. The crown will need to wait and maybe finasteride and minoxidil will help to improve it with derma roller. Already made a deposit and booked surgery in may.

Planning to have hair transplant surgery in Istanbul with Dr Gur

Currently, on the NW scale, I m at 5

Did my research for long time and found out that FUE capilar is the most recommended and also only 2 patients per day

Can some one please share their opinions or thoughts about Dr Gokhan Gur
