Thanks mate. I have just started back on 1mg per day so hopefully no side effects as i'm a bit worried that there could be. Just wanted to ask... do you think the 2700 grafts i have been quoted will be enough to fill this area with good density? I just wonder if it might be better being a bit more aggressive and asking for them to increase the number of grafts maybe up to 3200-3500. Just thought i'd ask you as you have very good knowledge. I've just recently discovered your case and i just know you are going to have a great final result. Happy for you man 😁

Thanks for the reply sir. I gave it some thought and i just feel that it is slightly outwith my budget to go with Dr Das so i have opted for the exclusive package at 120INR + tax. I have spoken to the team and was impressed with all the detail they went into so i think the good vibes i got where just what i needed to go ahead with the decision. I hope i have made a good one. I will document my surgery on this forum for anyone who it may benefit.

Thanks Adam. I was quoted roughly 2700 grafts but this is subject to change when i see them face to face. I really want good density in the crown and vertex due to my headshape so i'm willing to go maybe around 3000-3200 grafts. Hopefully you are right about having good quality hair as i'd like to think i have more donor after this if i need it for another procedure in later years. Strangely enough i have never been bothered about receeding around the front corners as i just want a complete patch without a big hole in the middle lol. I was on fin for years but stopped 3 years ago and i think my hair has mostly been the same but maybe slightly more thinning in the vertex area. I think i will start taking it again although i sometimes worry a bit about side effects. I will keep an eye on Alex's. Thanks for the reply mate.
