    I would consult with dr.pittella, Im a nw6 with a bit more donor and I'm considered a candidate. I'd look into medication and also you will definitely need body hair in order to get a decent look.

    I appreciate the response. Family hair loss is just my father with diffuse nw6/nw7. Not completely bald just like my situation just quite a bit thinner.

    I really appreciate everyone's responses. I'm not looking for a full head of hair anymore, I wouldn't mind a more uniform look. Just don't want to be completely bald for the rest of my life.

    Thank you for the reply, I've got about 2500 beard grafts and a ton of chest grafts for later. I'm sticking with the finasteride.
