  1. Thank both for your input. The timing of that video is a nice coincidence, I didn't plan that 😁 I'll have a look.
  2. How are you getting one now? What's the first two days like? Are you doing room service or going down to breakfast?
  3. I've had two consultations. One in Belgium and one in Spain. Neither mentioned PRP, but I see it mentioned everywhere. Has everyone who has gone through a HT got some form of PRP before/after? Is it possible to mess it up and it actually damages the hair etc? Another minefield of a topic.
  4. There is guy from Sweden who documented his HT in a great way. It's 100% worth paying the couple of €'s (for sure less than a beer in Denmark) to access his patreon for 1 month to watch the whole behind the scenes series. Insightful and pretty god dam funny. I found it funny that he did a lot of stuff 'wrong' but still got a good result. Not one of the top clinics that is mentioned here, but would be an easy flight for you. A summary is here: (edit - I see the video is removed? Must be a rule to prevent spam I guess. but to OP on YouTube look for Simon Nackborn. edit 2 - Just saw 2 years after his video he now actually works for the clinic he got it at, as a patient advisor.
  5. woah thanks for letting me know. I thought it always went. So it can be like the fun scars, and just stay.
  6. Thanks for this. I think I would be just too paranoid to risk anything like this.
  7. I know the pictures are slightly blurred, but this donor work looks unreal. You could never tell!
  8. Damn that's an excellent point! Most people do have no idea about hair transplants so saying the redness is caused by medication may be enough to expalin it and move on. That's pretty good 👌 At 7 weeks, has the 'ugly duckling' phase started yet?
  9. The redness after a transplant is something im trying to get my head around as a fear (assuming the HT all goes OK!) Is there any consensus on what can help? How do you explain the redness if trying to hide the transplant from people? Ant insights much appreciated.
  10. Briljant! Looks so good. Thanks for updating and sharing. What was the toughest part of recovery?
  11. I'm nearly out of lonitn. Is the generic stuff as good if no other options?
  12. Does the clinic recommend Bepanthen or did you find this yourself? I haven't seen it around on other posts, but I guess it makes sense as it's used to help tattoos heal. Seems to have been a good call for you anyway.
  13. I can't believe how quick your recovery was! How long were you waiting from your consultation to surgery?
  14. Great advice @AB2000 and @jjalay. Did you wake up during the first night to saline spray?
  15. For those more experienced members, what advice would you give to someone, to help recover with a fue procedure. Could be related to the hairline design, recovery the first day or first wash. Airport transfer etc. For example, sleeping..do you tie your hands down or something to avoid accidentally touching the grafts 😅
  16. These are excellent pics so far and info. Please keep it coming. The work on the lower temples is really good. From the shedding phase, I could not see any scarring there. You mentioned the hotel, would you recommend it> How many days did you stay after surgery?
  17. Hi @SecondHT, how are you doing today? Are you happy nearly 3 months on?
  18. I have read some doctors can better results when hair is thick and black. Does anyone have experience either the same as the title? Thin fair hair.
  19. Interesting about Bisanga. From what I gather he is one of the very top?
  20. For those of you planning surgery, what is the best month of the year to do so? For those who had it done, would you change the month you did get it done? Thanks
  21. I could not get in prescribed to me. I should look into it again. I was also thinking of trying Rogaine or something too. This is in addition to biotin, micro needling & Nizoral shampoo at the moment.
