I think that 8 months is enough to start thinking about undergoing another surgery (some docs even leave 6 months only between surgeries). Maybe the ideal waiting time is 10-12 months. Your crown needs to be addressed for sure. The front doesn't look super dense, so maybe some work might be done there. Can you provide higher quality pics of the front from different angles ?

Crown looking great after the first transplant. The front will defintely look much better after the second surgery. Happy growing!

How long was your brother on medication ?

I'm not at the maintenance stage yet, so I'm still taking dutasteride everyday

DHT systemic level (concentration in the blood stream) is irrelevant for hair loss. If your hair is miniaturizing, chances are you have a high level of DHT in the scalp, and/or highly sensitive androgen receptors. It is impossible to measure DHT levels in the scalp, save though a biopsy. Finasteride will adress this issue by lowering scalp DHT by almost 50% (assuming you're taking the standard dose)

The naturalness of the hair line is incredible

Great improvement given the starting point

I believe you could benefit greatly frm a HT if done properly to rebuild your hair line and increase overall density on the frontal third. However, it's very important to be on hair loss medications such as finasteride. Do you have a hair loss regiment ? What's your family history when it comes to Alopecia ?
-
Do you have a before picture ?

The angulation looks off, I'm sorry ..

I'm afraid that the "illusion of density" truism is often used by some doctors as a lazy and lame excuse for subpar results

Actually It looks fine for so short hair. You should let your hair to grow...hair transplant is an illusion of density. If you let it grow it will look fine. Also keep in mind that you still have lots of time for more improvement and thickening.
It's true that maybe with longer hair it kind of looks Ok. Nevertheless, the right temple is very weak regardless

This tip didn't work for me. Unfortunately many people online, especially influencers, try to present the idea of shampooing less (or not at all) as a panacea for many scalp conditions (including oiliness and even hair loss). If you're curious enough you can try it for a couple of weeks or a month and then assess. If not, try sticking to daily washes, alternating between a gentle shampoo without sulfate, and medicated shampoos (the ones I mentionned above).
-
Fin is not known to cause oily scalp. Some people who are on Dut saw an improvement in their oily scalp condition. 2% Ketokonazol shampoo daily is indeed a lot. Switch your frequency to twice a week only. Try incorporating a Selenium disulfide and salicylic acid shampoo (use it twice a week as well). Wash your hair with a gentle shampoo on days where your're not using the medicated shampoos. I think you should wash your hair daily.

Are you talking about the video with Dr visage where they discussed the photo? Based on that it seems he was suggesting there’s too much noise in the signal to noise to really attribute that picture to verterporfin and then the trial by Stanford was done on mice
Who's Dr face ?
-
They're not supposed to, as long as you wash your hair regularly

I think the closest liposomal formulation is that of the italian farmacia parati. I don't believe it uses the silocys system though.

What would you recommend for a maximum of 2000 grafts?
You can get 2000 grafts for 6000 if you decide to go with Bruno Pinto or Ximena Vila

Thank you for your answer.
I mean costs in Turkish comparison with the doctors mentioned. Basically, it doesn't matter to me whether it's 3,000 or 5,000 euros. But I don't want to pay European prices (15,000).I also have no experience or information about clinics outside Turkey.
I will be happy to have a look at the clinics mentioned.
Everything depends on how many grafts you need. If you go with Keser or Bicer, you'd be paying "european prices" anyway (both charge 3 euros per graft).

In OP's defense, there are some documented cases (see Dr. Lorenzo's YouTube channel) of "hidden" DUPAs that don't appear to the naked eye. However, if OP wishes to substantiate his claims, he can provide us with some microscopic images.
-
How could that be DUPA? Most the hairs you have are thick. You have a ngeligeable amount of thin hairs, and some "mid" hairs. Your donor area, which comprise the temporal and occipital regions contain mostly thick hair. Average hair thickness is 60 microns. Nothing points towards DUPA.
