what dose are you taking at the moment & what sides are you suffering from? 

have you managed to reach out to Dr Zarev - Bulgaria or Dr Pitella - Brazil ? if anyone can give you something close to what you require it’s these 2.

Have you considered shaving it off? you have a good head shape lol 

are you on any medication buddy? too young for a hair transplant at the moment in my humble opinion

I was keeping my hair longer on top and the sides but realized that as I grew it out, I was dealing with a lot more split ends and breaking as my hair would thin out with more length.  Because I have wavy hair it was also curling out making it very difficult to style. I decided to cut it down a little on top, and go with the high and tight look.

This is the first time I got a zero cut fade on the sides since the procedure and was the true test to see if the 5200 + grafts extracted would stand its ground and hold up in all areas. My hairdresser could barely see where the extractions were unless he really focused his eyes on it up close. And that was after he shaved me down at 0. With how homogenously the donor was managed, it really sets me up beautifully if I ever needed more work done in the future. I'm so fortunate to have had some of the best techs in the business at @Eugenix Hair Sciences managing that part of the procedure for me.

don’t think your donor is bad, I’ve seen a lot worse go on to have transplants 

is there anyway you could upload some images of your donor? are you on any medication to try and help your donor area?

If Fin has stopped working why take it at all? just try the Dut on its own as you suggested, once a week or twice a week?

Currently deciding between Feriduni , Bisanga and Freitas. 
(been on finasteride for over 2 years as well as regain)
 

got a quote from the first two but Freitas rejected me stating “have very fine and blond hair ”

Questions:

- is this normal for Freitas ?

- any other surgeons you recommend? 
- who of the above do you think is best for my case - I assume all three equal but thought worth asking!

in this light, it literally looks fine but in the 5th pic down on your initial post, you can see the density issues. a good doctor could sort out the density for you no problem i assume
