You should ask if doctors design the surgery or actually perform it. You take a big risk if only techs are performing the surgery.

Hello, does anyone have information on this clinic: Esthetic Hair Mexico? They are Turkish doctors. I am thinking of visiting the clinic in Mexico.
Does anyone have any experiences or news about this clinic? It would be appreciated. Thank you.
doctors or techs?

The results I've seen on Reddit for people using topicals only make me believe it is definitely not just fancy marketing. Results vary of course, just as they do with oral meds.

from ChatGPT:
"
Saline solution is commonly used in hair transplant surgery to keep the hair grafts hydrated during the procedure. Saline solution is a sterile, isotonic solution of sodium chloride (salt) in water, and it is not known to harm hair grafts when used properly.
In fact, saline solution can be beneficial for hair grafts because it helps to maintain their moisture and prevent dehydration. Dehydrated grafts can be damaged or die, so it is important to keep them hydrated throughout the transplant process.
However, it is important to note that the concentration and pH of the saline solution can affect the viability of hair grafts. Using a saline solution that is too acidic or too alkaline can be harmful to hair grafts, and can lead to their death. Therefore, it is important to use a saline solution that is properly balanced and within the appropriate range of pH.
Overall, if used properly, saline solution should not harm hair grafts and can actually help to ensure their survival during the transplant process."

Not necessarily.
After 35, you would have a pretty good idea of where you are headed. Saw Palmetto and a good 2% Ketoconazole shampoo can provide small boosts and are not really associated with any side effects.
So, cognizant of potential risk, you could go ahead and get an HT, fairly confident that you wouldn't end up chasing it forever.I've been on Saw Palmetto for about a year now and have experienced decreased ejaculation, not as much as when on Fin tho.

Yes, I’ve been on topical dutasteride for a month. I used topical finasteride for 2 months before starting on dutasteride.
any shedding?

This is nonsense. There are double-blind studies that show it is effective, and reduces DHT systemically by 30% vs. 70% of oral.

That said, topical dutasteride for me is probably more effective and reduces DHT systemically by 10-12% because of its molecular weight.
Have you started it yet?

Yes I have.
Many years ago I used to consume Propecia pills then it hurt my libido and I stopped using, after 3 weeks everything became normal.
I started to use tropical Finasteride mixed with Minoxidil after I had my top and crown\NW4-5 procedure by Dr. Maras at the end of 2021 l, toll now I have no side effects at all, the formula enhanced my crown and blocked my hairloss over my native hair.
What dose and how often a day?

Name of clinic please

They're advertising on Facebook, looks like a hair mill.

Anyone heard of this place? They're in Florida.

I had a procedure with him last May and my results have been good so far (3,200 grafts for hairline and midscalp). My donor looks pretty much the same before the procedure and I have very little scarring if any. He does the whole procedure by himself except he has assistants that do the implanting and only sees 1 patient a day which I liked. The only thing I disliked was the lack of follow-up care but he always responds on WhatsApp.

I agree, keep saving up for Eugenix.

Still, this study is horrible for the HT industry. Have there been more studies on this?

Duasteride's molecular weight is 528.53 g/mol, so it is less likely to go systemic (topically), but there are people who do still experience sides over time. I would think this might have to do with a compounding effect of the quite long half life and eventual systemic buildup. This is why some clinics like Mwamba’s FUE clinic has patients apply it once a week for several weeks to see how you do symptoms wise.
The larger weight of Dutasteride certainly helps with systemic absorption from the scalp. “Dalton Rule” states anything with a molecular weight less than 500 will penetrate the corneal (outer) layer of skin. For reference, Finasteride’s molecular weight is 372.549 g/mol, so can penetrate the skin much easier than Dutasteride.
But if it's not penetrating the scalp, then how can it be effective?

Not even finasteride may maintain transplanted hair...
"It has been found that the miniaturization does affect the occipital donor hair, and this may be the cause of reduction in the density of the transplanted hairs. Usage of minoxidil and finasteride and their influence in the longevity of the hair follicles in our study were not statistically significant."
