I disagree, the doctor should be responsible for the procedure so the doctor should perform the surgical elements of cutting tissue, which INCLUDES extraction. In fact the law in most places require a doctor to personally perform extractions.

Maybe the stress of the hair transplant.

The safe zone is different for everyone. I've seen completely bald on top NW 6 guys with super dense donor areas and I've seen guys with full head of hair on top with thinning donor areas. Some guys don't have any safe zone at all. If you are looking into a hair transplant you really should take an honest look at yourself and your older relatives to get an idea of where you may be heading.
Also some people think that once you reach NW 7 you aren't going to lose any more hair. This is not always true. I myself am a NW 7 and continue to lose hair in the donor zone to the point where I have almost no hair at all on the sides and back of my head.
if the donor thins over time then it really isn't really "safe". We really need gene therapy or something else besides HT's.

I've seen homeless men with full heads of hair so I'm convinced that vitamins won't do anything to help male-pattern baldness.

The Turkish hair mills get advertising money from their government. We've seen obvious fake reviews going on. If you are looking for affordable FUE now's a good time compared to 15 years ago when you joined the forum.
the government gives them money or just tax write offs?

@JoeyJago to a good hair transplant surgeon and get it checked ...dermatologist often don't have much of an experience with hairs...good that you are paying attention to this as many people (including me) didn't pay enough attention to it at an early stage and regret it later on ...so if there is any issue than medication will work best at this stage ..
Yeah a good ethical one, not one just wants to make money

Great points. But you don’t need to leave your seat to spray your grafts. Thanks for sharing. 🙏
Even if you’re in the middle seat? 😁

Does this pain happen to everyone and for how long does it last? I thought it only happened to me because of the infection. I was planning to use minoxidil and finasteride, and not think about a hair transplant again until my late thirties. I am now 31 years old, but after this infection, I think I will need another surgery within a year
Pain length and severity varies by person....my donor hurt very bad for about a month.

I hope everything will be okay because I don't want to go through the whole experience again I don't want to get a second hair transplant ever I still have an extremely pain in my donor area till today and without painkiller I can't stand the pain
I know the pain sucks, but rarely do you get a long-lasting result with only one hair transplant.

Yes I did its a clinic in turkey and I will share their name soon
They told me it's an infection and they told me to use augmentin and fucidin
But I went to a dermatologist in my country and he told me to use augmentin and Medacin T clindamycin 1%
All I need to know now that the hair will grow at these spots or not
too early to know, I've seen mixed results for these things

I tried to book an appointment with Camacho but was assigned another doctor instead. I asked for Camacho and never got a response.

If you haven't heard of them then that's a red flag.

I see docs recommending stopping minoxidil anywhere from months to days before a transplant to avoid excessive bleeding and/or collagen which result in decreased graft survival.
What’s the best timeframe to stop minoxidil before a transplant?

Does this depend on blood flow if a graft survives? How can we improve survival rate? I plan doing 2 more prp sessions in the next 2 months and plan using rosemary oil to improve blood flow. Also add dermaroller once the HT is healed. Around month 3 or 4.

you usually know they survived around 3-6 months, the time varies by person.
