I can only spend up to 2.2 eur per graft. My budget wont allow me for me since I am still a student. If FUE, I was thinking as well about Dr Christina from HDC Cyprus

Not going for Turkey, Im from Poland and I am consulting with Dr Saifi since he is based in Poland, people posted results here. He does FUT and FUE, but he done more of FUT and scars are barely visible

But guys Imagine this - Option one: you go get FUE for e.g 4000 grafts and then results are good but donor could be damaged which wont allow for a surgery in future. Option two: you start with FUT 2000-3000 grafts, donor is not over harvested, you can get second surgery for 4000 grafts For me the second option sounds better

Front. I been told we can save more grafts with FUT because I will definitely need another procedure in future. We wanted to do 2000-2500 grafts FUT for the receding hairline. I do not want to lower it

I've consulted with a Dr that best option would be a FUT for me because of the aggressive balding in young age (24). I have one question, do you guys think FUT is the only option for me? If someone gets FUE he wont be able to get skin fade anyways because of dots, with FUT same thing and I will have to have atleast 2mm haircut. I also need to have in consideration that I will keep losing hair. The pics are 1 month without shaving my head, usually I shaved to 0 My donor pics with normal light and flashcam light

How many grafts did they use? Did it end up with 3400?

@Keith2091 thanks for the update. Im considering FUT session with Dr Saifi. I think it was right approach to do 2400 grafts and then another small session instead of doing like 4000 grafts at once

How many grafts does a person need to cover entire scalp? If the person is NW6/7 for e.g? Would getting 2x FUT 2000 grafts and like 5000 fue + some beard grafts be enough to cover entire scalp?

How are your results looking? Did the Dr say you have any more grafts left?

I've also watched some of Bloxham and Feller videos and they claim the method to be superior to fue?

I am wondering how many grafts can FUT + FUE let us harvest if we start with one or two FUT procedures first? Would it be something in range 2000-3000, less or more? I am really considering FUT since I don't live far from surgeon that specializes in FUT (Dr Saifi). Scar doesn't really matter to me since I always have my back and sides on number two or more. I am 24 and destined to be nw6/7 in the future.

So I've tried taking finasteride because I wanted to maintain what I have and get a HT, however I got terrible ED sides which I can't accept to live with. My hair situation is on a picture. I was watching Melvin podcast with Bisanga about oral minoxidil. I was wondering if getting PRP and Oral minoxidil could do something for me without taking fin. I also seen Dr Kostis hair transplant and he only takes oral min. When I had longer hair the back and mid didn't look too bad. Just the receding at front is insanely bad. And no - I won't shave bald anymore. I've done that and everyone tells me I look bad, even girls. I lost my confidence since then completely and I feel like completely different person. my hairline at 18

As in title, would taking finasteride for longer time benefit after surgery? Like preventing shock loss?

Have you considered oral minoxidil?

So it happened, I thought its complete bs about side effects and just fear mongering. 10 hrs after second pill I got ED. I never felt this before. I feel like I have no blood flow in that part and libido is terrible

Is there possibility to check DHT in the scalp? I think all the blood tests only show dht in the blood, but not in the scalp?

I have just started my finasteride treatment, if I take tablet in the morning, is it safe to drink alcohol in the evening or next day?

Started of with 0.25mg, will try to build my way up to 0.5. So far great, didn't notice any side effect.
