US is indeed very overpiced. In turkey you could find great doctors at decent prices starting from 1 euro/graft. The doctors you could consider in Turkey are Yaman, Turan, Gur, Demirsoy, Bicer, Keser, HLC, Pekiner..

Update us..your progress looks good so far...you only used 3k grafts for a big area...you cant expect very high density...you have significnt improvemtn compared to the pre op pics and it will also be improved over the next months..so just be patient. Dr Gur is an ethical doctor and he cares about his patients and their results

2. At 6 euro per graft: Dr. Bisanga alone does the recipient and extraction, and then technicians extract the punched grafts

 

I have two questions

1. HLC told me surgeons do the entire operation, does this mean the surgeons themselves do the graft punching and recipient placing as well?
2. Is it worth the extra two euros per graft to have Bisanga do it all at BHR? I have not found many reviews of Dr. Kostis.

both HLC and Bisanga are great options. If you go with Dr Bisanga, i think the 4 euro/graft option is good, and you dont have to select the more expensive one.

Why dont you look at other options too? There's plenty of good options like Dr Pekiner, Keser, Freitas, Dr Hans Heinicke, Pinto, Fereira, Feriduni, Lupanzula, Mwamba, Eugenix, Pittella, FueGenix, Dr Nader (mexico), Dr Laorwong etc..

Really good results and very natural.👍 Dr Demirsoy is one of the great options in turkey in a fair price between 1-1.5 euro/graft depedning on which package you will choose..but with you will have a great result in all packages as he is doing the incisions and the design/plan in all of them...I will be following your journey. Keep us updated. 

Fue method in not scareless. If you shave your donor, then its normal that you will see dots from fue punch..I think its not so visible, it could be even more.

Your result seems to be good, but we can't judge it with a shaved head.

Your beard area healed up very well..Waiting for your final result..Dr Yaman seems to be a great doctor for covering highers norwoods with large areas..

11.500 grafts in just two days is a record !! Dr pittella is able to extract big number of grafts in just one surgery, without the need to go for a second one!! thats totally a massive improvement while other clinics still strugle to do that...

Great dense packing...HLC is a top clinic, and im sure you will be fully satisfied with your result.

If you were satisfied with Dr Bicer in your first hair transplant, then go with Dr Bicer again. She knows your case more. Its better to stay with the same surgeon

Clinics like Eugenix are able to extract many grfafts from beards...so theres no reason to do FUT. You would do FUE + BHT for best result.
