    I agree that no one should call out in general a country because there are indeed many not good clinics which are hairmills, but there are also several great options on that country too. Like you said in every country there are bad clinics (India, USA,Australia, UK, etc...). I have seen several members on that community calling out an entire country (Turkey), or calling out some clinics of Turkey as hair mills (because they are in Turkey), which are not.. These should not be allowed in my opinion since it shows bias or other purposes from these members...

    if you start oral minoxidil then you have to take it in a permanent basis, otherwise you will lose the "gains" that oral minox gave you. You could take 2.5mg oral minoxidil dosage.

    Happy growing. The design looks awesome. Dr Bekir is a great surgeon in turkey, who is doing the whole procedure by himself (from extraction to implantation), like you said. Can you tell us the cost/ graft that Dr Bekir quoted you?

    Your result from your first clinic in turkey was fine to be honest. This second procedure is basically to increase the density a bit and to make the temporal peaks... i wish you good luck!

Doctors do not have to do the whole procedure by themselves, as it may be tiring and they will loose focus and as a result doing mistakes...In many clinics the doctor is doing plan, design and incisions while the extraction and implantation are done by techs. For example in Eugenix clinic implantation and extraction are also done by techs like Dr Yaman. So its perfectly fine. I wish you good luck !!

    happy growing..The work from dr karadeniz looks really clean! Well in many clinics the extraction and implantation are done by techs, so as soon as the doctor does the incisions, plan and design is fine. In your case dr karadeniz did the overall plan and design, incisions and the fut strip so he was involved in the procedure. For example in Eugenix clinic doctors do only the incision part, while the implantation and extraction are done by techs. Freitas and Couto also use techs for extraction.

    You dont have to stop finasteride before/after surgery, but even if you do it there will be no issue with your hairloss for just a dew days.

Bicer does planning, design, extraction and incisions...While implantation by techs Gur and Demirsoy in their vip package do planning,design, extraction and incisions. While implantation by techs dr Yaman does planning, design, Incisions,supervision dr Turan does planning, design, implantation with implanter, supervision

    yes its better to wash your scalp every day if you use minoxidil, since it might get itchy if you dont. Also topical spreays can be absorbed better in fresh washed head. Redness depends on the candidate, some tend to have more redness than others...
