I really hope I can have another session. I checked with Eugenix and they asked me to wait for another 3 months before they can tell.

Thanks @Melvin- Moderator. Could you judge from above pictures(21 days update) if shedding is there?

Thanks dude. I hope that is the case. I can see some hairs sprouting on my head now. But shedding was not rampant or I was not able to judge it properly.

My 21 days update. All the pictures were taken today. All the pictures were taken with flash turned on. Depending on the angle and closeness it's looking differently. I'm not really sure whether shedding started or not. But I noticed a lot of pores on my scalp that looked like slits of HT. I appreciate your opinion on it. I will post prior week's pictures as well if they help. Please let me know. I'm using Finasteride as well as Hair Fact Vitamins. 21 days: Pores(week backs pics):

My HT journey with Eugenix (Dr.Arika)
quantumhair replied to trek's topic in Hair Transplant Reviews
Congratulations and happy growing. -
Let me be honest. Have a consult over video so that variation in estimation is minimized. Regardless of clinic, go beyond marketing persons and take doctor's words.
-
Do clinics decide "safe donor area" patient to patient or do they confine to a standard area regardless of patient?
-
Your "quantity" of chest hair is very high IMO. I'm not experienced enough to comment on viability.
-
I'm not too experienced in this area. But I agree with this I guess from my personal experience. I had assumed earlier that long hair could give idea to the doctors how it looks when grown long so that they can get a perception of how it looks when grown long. But it might actually make it seem thicker than it is from photos. I guess the solution is to record a video by showing the direct scalp of the donor by using a comb. If possible, I would recommend doing a video consultation at least.(If not photos/videos also showing the scalp using a comb, just like how they show in result videos). Conversely sometimes the longer hair makes the bald spots look worse as well. IMO, It shows progression more obvious, compared to buzz cut.

I checked with them. They told there is a technical issue they are working on.

Ahh. How did I not notice that. My bad. May be they have temporarily disabled it for some revamp or something.

Thank you for informing me. It seems like the video you linked above was made private now for some reason.

How important are PRP sessions? They did prior to surgery and they have some complementary PRPs in my package. But it's hard to travel back there just for PRPs. I asked it seems the only option is to go back there to avail them. Although I'm Indian Delhi is too far (also not sure if flight tickets are worth spending back and forth for PRP).

Wow, this is incredible. You are really lucky. The shape of the post op pictures itself give a clue that you are going to get a great transformation. It seems like your baldness is already fully stabilized as whole area was used. That's a lot of grafts for the area, you will get a great coverage IMO.

Now I know this is called "picard hairline"

Thank you buddy I hope that is the case. I'm hopeful of a second session. That's interesting. Do you mind sharing a link to the video of the shedding? I think @budhair has stopped responding on the thread 2nd Hair Transplant with Eugenix. Thanks for helping me out. Thank you

@deadmanWhile FUT+FUE may work great for people with low donors, scar is a deal breaker for me, personally. So it was out of the question for that reason. I will stick to Eugenix for second procedure as well. This is even if I don't consider FUT scar. The second surgery in my case would just be a continuation of the first. What I want out of that is still need to be decided i.e. crown vs hair line vs density improvement. That said, I really hope some new technique comes in the coming decade to generate new hair in some form

Eugenix- Which Package/Doc?
quantumhair replied to SLA's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
4000 grafts with FUT+FUE technique. I checked my email again. The price was 50/graft not 45. I mis remembered. Also, I asked them about beard. They told 1000 grafts can easily be taken from my beard. Note that beard graft cost is different 80/graft in case of beard. They refused to touch crown in the first session even if they use beard grafts. PS: sorry for hijacking this thread. -
Eugenix- Which Package/Doc?
quantumhair replied to SLA's topic in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
@deadmanI see, then I think it could be due to number of grafts.
