In fact, the doubt is precisely this: that he paid for the doctor's involvement, but that in reality it was not at all like this.

well we do not know that. Nobody knows actually...

In the top package of Asmed clinic (2.5 euro/graft), Dr Erdogan does all the slits and analysis and planning while on the mid package (1.9 euro per graft) Dr Erdogan  does the slits of hairline and temples and analysis-planning, while the rest of slits are done by other doctor of clinic. So Dr Erdogan is involved in both top and mid package of Asmed clinic.

  2. The thing that matters on what result you are going to get depends on the particular surgeon, his experience and involvement in the procedure. On eugenix in order to have the least involvement of Dr Arika doing the slits, you have to pay 2.91 euro per graft. And if you want Dr Arika to do the extraction as well you have to pay for 4.86 euro per graft, which is too expensive..Also you need to pay flight tickets to India by yourself.

This is my concern about Eugenix I wanted to do my HT with Eugenix but I found the exclusive package does not include much involvement from Dr arika.. Also there are 60 technicians and i suspect all of them have the same experience level and at the day of your surgery you do not know who of those Tech. will do your operation. And If you want to go for full Dr involvement you will pay 5 euro which for me is very expensive and if you can afford such price you can go for dr Patric Mwamba. Bisanga. leronzo  all of these doctors are excellent in BHT and fue. I think Eugenix become like asmed hair mill where excellent doctors such as Dr. Arike and koray are involved only for very expensive package and the lesser packages you will be under technician and less experienced staff than doctor. You should make your choice based on a doctors  do the extrection and slits and the technicians do implantions. Also doctor do one patient per day.

Agree. It is always better to select a clinic with 1-2 patients per day, as the skilled doctors will be involved more on your procedure.

How many patients do you think that Eugenix has per day? More than 10 patients per day ? So many technician teams in Eugenix...that u dont know which one will be involved in your procedure and whats their experience....

It’s only bad if the doctors are bad, and that appears not to be the case.

What someone who wants a lower package has to do is simply ask which doctor will be assigned to them and ask to see their work.

Or pay more for Dr Arika/Pradeep.

What I’ve seen is that with Dr Arika being part of most packages (until any recent changes) is that she can’t simply be in every operating theatre at the same time. I think if Eugenix tried to retain Dr Arika’s input at every level, patients might be annoyed at how little time they actually get with Dr Arika.

I have to say the team as a whole were fantastic. Dr Pradeep even said hello via a video call mid-op and chatted with me briefly, which was a classy touch.

I did not say that trained doctors of Eugenix are bad, but you have not seen many cases from them, as most results that we have seen from Eugenix were with the Dr Arika's involvment. So in order to select a doctor you have to see many cases from this particular doctor. If you have not see then how could you select him?

So Its bad because u have to pay more now for Dr Arika's involvement in the procedure. In the previous package Dr Arika was doing the slits in the exclusive package and all the plan, but now this has completely changed.

I think the best is to have opening channel done by Dr Arika, like it was before in the exclusive package. And try not to put many patients per day, so Dr Arika has enough time to make the slits on exclusive packages too and people can pay affordable price with Dr Arika's involvement.

@AZ67Ok here are the pics I could salvage from the usb they gave me. Most of the photos were corrupt and couldn’t be opened once I got the stick home (see the bottom photo is cropped with grey - others are completely corrupt).

you can clearly see it’s their surgery.

On second picture it says 3600 on your scalp. But you said you had 3500. So did they implant on you 3500 instead ?

    Hi everyone!

Are any of you familiar with Dr. Minogiannis Polychronis ?

He works at the Poseidon clinic in Copenhagen, among other places. I am considering going there as they appear to have great reviews on trustpilot and only use one surgeon. But I can't find anything about Polychronis in this forum.

If you have any experience or information I would be happy to hear from you. Thanks!

    Kris

only trust forum reviews. No other sites to select a doctor. We have never heard anything for this doctor. There's so many choices of good surgeons in europe for every budget, why would you risk selecting an unknown surgeon?

  7. I would suggest you before you select and method FUE or FUT. You should probaly do a proper consultation in person with a good surgeon who can calculate the density of your donor and area as well so then he can know how many grafts he can extract from your donor and if these grafts are enough to cover all of your norwood 6 area. You have to know that with FUT you will not be able to keep short hair in donor, cause of the strip and there's always a possibility that a strip can strech, especially in bigger strips.

I wouldn't put my trust in things like reviews on Google because they are very easy to manipulate, unlike e.g. the content available on this forum as the forum is pretty well moderated.

Thats true. Never trust google reviews, as most of them may be fake ones. The most reliable place to search for results is the real independent cases that are posted by forum members.

  9. The problem with @UnbaldEagle is that not only his transplanted hair did not grow at all, but his native hair all lost after the procedure (maybe they were damaged during the opening of channels or because of shock loss).

When a surgeon try to insert grafts between existing native hair he needs to be very careful and experienced in such cases, otherwise native hair will be damaged and also there will be poor growth on the transplanted hair like happened on this case.

This is maybe one of the worst results i have seen from HDC...

I hope @UnbaldEagle will find a good doctor to repair his bad result...

This silence makes me suspicious @Giuseppe-HDC , @Doron Harati Could you update us how she ended up with @UnbaldEagle?  I don't want to, but it makes me think of a behind-the-scenes agreement between patient and clinic, like “don't write on the forum anymore that you are not satisfied and we will help you”, but no, isn't that so.

If there's an agreement between the clinic and the patient, about stop sharing his bad experience with HDC on forum in order to help him, then it's really bad for HDC to try to hide their bad reviews on a forum. People should share their results either they are succesful or not. So forum members learn the truth about each clinic...and dont see only the succesful results.

  11. I think it is good to have doctors that have budget prices, cause there are many people (if not the majority) who can not afford expensive doctors.

Doctors that can give good and decent results in affordable prices, like Dr Yaman, Dr Turan, Dr Gur, Dr Demisroy, or even Dr Bicer.

Eugenix also has packages with affordable prices, in order not to lose patients, cause most people can't afford the top package. It says on Eugenix site, that their exclusive package is the most famous one. That says a lot...! That people try to combine good result with a good price.
