The good news is shockloss is almost always temporary. Try to remain calm, because excessive chronic stress can also cause more temporary shedding. Since you're three weeks after the procedure, its fine to start minoxidil. Just be aware that you may initially experience some more hair shedding not related to the shock loss as the minoxidil starts to work.

clinic also told me to start minox on that area but my concern is if i start minox i should keep applying it forever on that area right ?

Yes because your thread was named "hello guys im new here and i want opinions pls (4k grafts)" the name should be something like "Review Dr Resul Yaman 4000 grafts"

This thread is also about your hair transplant no? Its about shock loss from the transplant, if you have a thread you can ask everything in the thread and it will also help alot for people to follow your journey because they might be interested in Dr Resul Yaman aswell.

ok thanks im new here and dont know how posting should be

Definitely shock loss. You need to wait like 3-6 months before it grows back, need patience. You starting alot of threads you should just chill out, dont worry it will be just fine.

You should have a review thread where you say the Dr, amount of grafts and then just post everything there so its easy to follow your journey, then you dont need to make a new thread everytime you have a question.

    thanks

but i already did a thread where i explained everything and my journey i got only 2 replies

this one is different its related to shock loss thats why everytime i post its about different topic

lol yeah I know the feel. Your grafts are secure at this point so you could relax more now. Your major concerns are just making sure you don't get sunburnt in the recipient, so if you know you'll be outside for more than 30 minutes then make sure to wear a hat for the first 6 months. I would advise against using Nizarol & head and shoulders for 3 months as they could be harsh on the skin as well. Otherwise anything you ingest at this point, obviously within reasons like smoking isn't a good choice for example, is going to be more than fine.

    Goodluck

    thanks

so you think wearing a cap or a hat wont be a problem anymore ?

actually the clinic told me to use a shampoo i bought from them after 2 weeks it countain saw plametto and blocks dht

Would be nice few photos of donor area pre-op and post-op. Who performed HT, doctory or technicians, if doctor, which phases doctor  - like extraction, opening slits , technicians - incision or whatever?

Wish you good results and fast recovery! Seems photo with graft numbers based on type of writing, done by Eugenix review-consultations :) ...

tommorow imma upload some photo of my donor area

i think it looks good for 11 days its not noticable at all ... doctor did drawing and incisions(opening slits) and anesthesia after that tech did the extraction and then a groupe of 3 did the implantation ... doctor came time to time for checking and making sure everything is alright
