    Hi A_4_Archan,

    I wanted to message you but my account doesn't allow that.  I'm looking seriously at Dr Laorwong and making a trip out of it.  You mentioned you toured the city quite extensively after your procedure so I was just curious what the limitation were.  Obviously no physically demanding activities but was hoping I would be good for walking around the city after a day or so.  Thanks for all the good info!
