very nice and clean job. Interesting, I am living in San Diego and was mostly looking at Turkey surgeons up to now. Narrowed down to Dr Gur and Dr Turan at FUECapilar. But Tijuana is a much more comfortable option for me instead of travelling all the way to Turkey. The only thing that makes me a bit hesitant to go to Neopel clinic in Tijuana vs FUECapilar in Istanbul is that Neopel doesn't have many Before/After photos nor any comparable number of reviews!
