    COVID causes diffuse inflammation, vasoconstriction and clots -- miscarriages, strokes, pulmonary embolism are associated with it. If you are in the recovery period after a hair transplant and get it, it will likely affect your healing process. No studies on this, but it would be very strange if it didn't.
