    jon if you dont mind can you post a shot of the top of your head... i just want to see if your mid scalp/vertex is showing signs of thinning. the decision is really up to you...however you have to keep in mind the long term implications which include losing more hair

    ^^^i agree you can start to see thinning throughout the scalp...im on meds and hopefully that will prevent further loss if i did get a transplant it would be in the coming years...i would probably get the hairline fixed and added density to whatever remains..i really have to see what the meds do after 12 months
