I see you continually suggest SMP, this only works for individuals who want to shave their head, SMP is not 3d and therefore will not look natural unless the rest of the scalp is shaved with a razor. The majority of guys want hair transplants to avoid shaving their heads

I think SMP can be a great adjunct to a transplant.  I also think it's a great option that high Norwoods may want to consider.  At the very least, it's the safest procedure at an affordable price.

    Hey guys

im not sure what all the commotion is about on here. I had my first HT with dr yaman in August 2017. The photo is before HT and photo with hair taken in April 2018 8 months after first HT. I was so impressed with my results I went back this year in June. I’m obviously only 2 months post op so my hair is still fresh and needs time to get back to its glory. My brother just came back from dr yaman and he can’t wait to see results.

So so not sure what everyone’s issue is. I’m very happy with my new hair and would recommend him to others. I don’t post much on here cause I’m just too busy. But I can’t let people bag someone that has helped me improve my hair situation.

During my hair fiber days, I remember using a hair fiber locking spray by Nanagen which completely changed the fibers appearance from chalky to natural hair as well as holding them in place. Just needed a couple of squirts after giving the fibers a minute to settle. Worked a treat, lasted ages and cost about 12 pounds sterling, about 16 US dollars.

    "During my hair fiber days."

    LOL!!!!!

    Good one, my friend.

It's surgically possible, but no ethical surgeon would do such a thing. There are instances where the surgeon may consider this if the patient uses a full cap hair system, but even then that would require the patient to wear a full cap hair system for the rest of their life. If the patient is 30 they would obviously want to do this, but how would they feel when they're 70, they may just want to bald gracefully without having a scalp that looks like the surface of the moon.

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that this may soon become a very popular option for high Norwoods.?
