This sounds crazy but why it is not possible to move all the hair in the donor area (back and sides) to the top of the head by fue then cover all the scars with SMP !

What 2000 grafts can do ?

can I still grow my beard after that and will it leave any noticeable scaring as in the head ?

Some clinics said my donor can give 2000 more grafts at maximum

The problem as I continue to recede to norwood 7. I will have an empty area between the top and the side !

Shall I try one more time with the same or different clinic ? Donor limitation ? I don’t prefer to use beard. Or just shave it completely with SMP to the scars only if SMP is going to work with zero (razor) shave ? Will I have any scars on the front of head if I completely shave it ?

Hi all, I had a FUE 2 years ago in Turkey in one of the clinics recommended here for Norwood 5-6. About 4000 grafts were taken. I have a fine hair and my donor area is not the best. In the beginning I was happy with the results but my natural hair is continuing to thin (going to norwood 7) The density is also low with many spaces and one side of the hairline doesn’t look very natural. I tried to shave my head but it didn’t look good because of the donor area scars and also the density and the directions of the transplanted hair which looks different from my original hair. This is causing me anxiety and I just want a natural look. I even sometimes think to shave the transplanted hair and keep the sides and back slightly long to hide the scars. I contacted my clinic and they offered a second procedure for free or shall I find a better clinic ? Any suggestions ? Thank you

Is it possible to conceal the signs of HT if you have advanced baldness (norwood 5 or 6) after receiving a large number of grafts ?!

My scalp was very red I applied aloe vera gel for 2 days and it worked well !

I am 2 weeks postoperative but my head is still full of scabs with few blood clots. The experience is generally good, the doctor and hospital staff are really nice but i have some complaints about the care after the operation. I will post a detailed review about my experience later on.

Does hair restoration surgery success depends on patient factors or on the doctor ? Some people had surgeries in unknown clinics by trchnicians with very good results On the other hands some surgeries done by famous doctors are not very successful So my question is what are factors than can determine the success of surgery ? Is it luck ?! The other point i think most people tend to post on internet when they are not happy with the results may be because they want to complain but if the surgery is successful usually they will not post on forums.

Have you heard about topical finasteride ?

I sent these photos to multiple doctors and many of them told me that the doner area is not excellent but not bad and they can take upto 3000-4000 grafts but i am afraid this will cause problems for thr doner area in the future ! But some of them said they can't decide by photos only. I think the hair on the sides is better than the back but obviously i need a large number of grafts to cover this large area !

I tried minoxidil but it's not very effective and it causes skin irritation I don't wanna use propecia because of its side effects But i saw some people with complete baldness who had FUE mostly on 2 sessions ! But Off course they won't get a high density !

I had a progressive hair loss for about 10 years I am now 32 years old I think my donor area is limited and now the hair in the back of head is thinning out as you see in the photos it’s ovious especially when i cut my hair short I think the baldness will progress more over the next years I noticed also these red dots in my scalp when my hair was very short and they are painful to touch they improved when i used fucidin cream What do you advice me ??
