I had a progressive hair loss for about 10 years I am now 32 years old I think my donor area is limited and now the hair in the back of head is thinning out as you see in the photos it’s ovious especially when i cut my hair short I think the baldness will progress more over the next years I noticed also these red dots in my scalp when my hair was very short and they are painful to touch they improved when i used fucidin cream What do you advice me ??

When i cut my hair short i see that

I noticed that the hair in the upper part of the back of my head is starting to thin out !!!

Is it better to have the front part done in the first session then the back or to have all the bald area done in one session with second session to increase the density after 1 to 2 years if needed !

Can one session of 4000 grafts cover this large area of baldness ?

One of my friends recommended the same doctor to me but I can't find enough information about him online But i found his name listed in the ishrs website Musbeh Arslan, MD | Hair Loss Doctor Istanbul | ISHRS Any ideas ???

It's class 5 hair loss

Hi iam considering hair transplant in Turkey and i need 4000 to 5000 grafts but i am confused and I don’t know how choose the correct doctor. I contacted many clinic and my short list is : Dr Resul Yaman 5000 grafts Dr Arslan Musbeh Hair Medico clinic 4000 grafts Other doctors ! Some other clinics told me that i will need 2 sessions For Dr Yaman the advantage that you can find some experiences about him but there is a difference between the photos posted by patient and the ones posted by his team And he is doing only part of the surgery For Dr Arslan he was recommended by one of my friends, but I can’t find any posts about him, he is more expensive but he does all the steps by himself, his assistant told me that he is doing surgeries in Belgium and France also ! Your help is appreciated !
