FUT would of been great for me , I kept my hair longer.. would of saved me $8k for the same result ..

I’m neutral on diep ,  he has good density n volume from his transplants .. he has a theory to why he transplants that way and it provides the patient good coverage with a high graft survival rate. so he won’t be changing his technique Any time soon ..

but it’s true, you can spot his technique is different than the other doctors..

but really tho , the guy has great coverage ,, sometimes people be too nit picky and not appreciate what has actually grown .. .

$16,000 for 3500 grafts in the USA is a bargain .. therefore I wouldn’t go there ..

u lookin at $20,000 for 2000- 2500 grafts is the average in the USA ..

knowing what I know now .. I would be traveling overseas myself, but don’t go to a hair mill .. it’s better if u let me practice on you than some low level tech .. 

I used to use a lot of hairspray and other hairproducts,, n every time I massage it in .. hairs always get stuck to my hand . Keep doing that everyday n before u know it ur hair volume is a lot less. Those miniaturized hairs fall out easy n don’t grow as fast .. so I rather not put anything anymore ,, costed me 20,000$ to get my HT. Can’t afford another $20k later . So bye bye hair products for me .. 

It’a because your hair is thinning n it falls out easier.. try taking one hair n try to pull it out , if it comes out easy then yeah any extra stress you put on your hair will increase friction n causes the hair follicle to pull out easier .  .. so of course if u put products in your hair … it be more susceptible to falling out . 
 

I stopped putting gel n hairspray etc on my hair .. n just leave it all natural .. only for special occasions I would put products on my hair .. cuz it’s fragile now .. it’s not thick and strong as it used to be .. it’s common sense . 
but the product itself won’t directly increase your dht level to cause extra hairloss , if that’s what u thinking .

I wouldn’t take it in ur case .. u had already loss the hair battle ..  it’s not worth the fight anymore.

I inquired about a scalp reduction a few years ago when I had the money .. n before my hairloss started.. my forehead was bigger than my face n was the ugliest part of my head . I researched a lot n the scalp reduction at the time was around $7K- $10K.. 

but it’s a brutal surgery,, they literally scalp you, remove a chunk of skin in the frontal head n push the back of ur head forehead to make the forehead look smaller .. u will still end up with a FUT line scar but in the front of ur head along the hairline .. the scar will always be there , it could be very noticeable and sometimes not depending how u scar .. then u will still end up getting a hAirtransplant to cover up that scar .

my suggestion for u is style your hair in a way to not show the forehead as much .. that’s what i did all my life .. n I look handsome .. 

N to be honest cuz of that I’m still not satisfied with my results , but it’s not bad so whatever, don’t feel like it was $ 20,000 worth tho ..

there ain’t no guarantees, no warranties, no 90% growth gurantee etc.. 

I tried to get my 90% gurantee before cuz I feeel I only got about 75-80% of my grafts .. n I was pretty adamant pre-surgery I be expecting this 90% . Before I got my procedure .. 

but nope The office rejected me for the additional grafts , n said they all grew .. I just dropped it after that . Not worth the fight.. 

think of the time n money they be losing..

Finasteride definitely depletes your body hair .. I’m an Asian man without much body hair .. after 4 years of being on finasteride .. all the hairs on my arms n legs are pretty gone .. I didn’t even notice it till one day I was looking at myself .. hahah 

still got hair on my head n pubic hair though .. hehehe .. 

I already knew u messed up when u said they were using neo-graft.. there is no way u got 2500 grafts .. 

Too late . I already bought a lifetime supply .. don’t be jealous when I get my Tom Cruise  hair back. 

They ain’t giving u a refund unless u get necrosis .. or some sort of disaster .. It’s a big deal to refund someone , where they will have to eat the cost . N admit total fault..  N that won’t be easy .. it’s not like a product u are returning . It’s services that were provided that didn’t turn out well..

So play it smart and document stuff n be professional when when u deal with them ..
