  1. No. First two photos are taken at the same time, before 3rd HT, showing the how much the perception differs depending on the angle. The third and fourth photos are indeed taken on the same day, 6 months after the first two, before and after a haircut, so not the same length. They show how that bad looking donor from the first photo looks after one more HT (small) and how it recovers with the passage of time. What i wanted to say to Hairloss2021nomore is your donor will recover with time, a good doctor can harvest a lot of HF from your donor without depleting the donor zone by good management and most important don't focus on the negative because if you search for it you will find it.
  2. It is really hard to tell how your donor looks when you are taking photos from below with your head tilted down. Having such a big number of HF taken from one part of the head is always going to show, and the best thing a doctor can do is to make the donor zone homogeneous. This is my donor before my last op taken from two different angles and 6 months after that (3rd HT) so you see that even do my donor looks bad before the last HT it isnt that bad when taken at a normal angle. i hope your recipient area is growing well and that you will be satisfied with that part.
  3. Yeah, i think so too. For now, i ll just try topical steroids (Alpicort) and wait and see. If anything changes i will do to a dermatologist
  4. I agree. I can see the difference from before so i guess that yield was exceptional. Also, i see that my density is pretty high but obviously my hair thickness is ultra-fine and even with this much hair it is see through. Don't get me wrong i don't think that HT was bad or the result arent good i simply expected little bit more. These are photos from before and after where you see the difference
  5. Also, this appeared on my head, i don't know why and what does it want
  6. 230 days Almost 8 months after my HT so i am guessing that this is it in terms of new hair growth...i'll try to let my hair grow a little longer because it is pretty much see-through. In comparison with the photos before this HT dr Keser did a good job but i am still not satisfied...
  7. 170 days haircut After almost 6 months i can say i am happy with the progress. One side is a little worse but it will probably even out. If it gets a little bit thicker then that will be all that i was looking for from this HT. My hair is a bit thinner on the top of my head, but there weren't enough donor hair to cover it, and I don't mind because a little longer hair covers it up well. I haven't used FIN for more than a year, minox longer, so this result is only from HT ... By the way, I still put on fibers when I want to style my hair and it looks great with fibers.
  8. 90 days update slow but growing ... the donor looks the same as before.
  9. 30 days update Nothing special to report, no pain, no redness, no hair It looks like all my transplanted hair has fallen out and now it’s a waiting game.
  10. You made me laugh so hard with your comment, you have such a vivid imagination. I went and googled that shape because it reminded me of something and I found it to be a triskelion, those three legs going in a circle. I found it to be the mark was used by the king of Sicily who lived in Syracuse 400 bc. Ridiculous thing is that even do i am from Croatia i was born, on Sicily, in Syracuse Maybe i am the reincarnation of that king but if that is so why do I have such bad hair while he has very thick hair in that coin? Silver Drachma from Sicily, minted during the reign of Agathocles (361–289 BC), Greek tyrant of Syracuse (317–289 BC) and king of Sicily (304–289 BC). Inscription: ΣΥΡΑΚΟΣΙΩΝ ("Syrakosion") Laureate head of the youthful Ares to left; behind, Palladion. Reverse: Triskeles of three human legs with winged feet; at the center, Gorgoneion
  11. Thx, i am 36 years old. I did not know that about his extraction method but my donor and it looks great ( in the places where he extracted).
  12. 7th day update After 7 days my HT is completely undetectable. My donor looks amazing like nothing happened there. Transplanted areas look very good, no scabs, no pain, hairs still didn't fell off. I don't know what to say but it looks excelent
  13. @Melvin-Moderator, you practically described my first HT, except the age. I was under such time pressure, just noticed that i am losing hair, just enrolled in college at the age of 30, had a girl 10 years younger, had no money, had no knowledge about HL or HT, saw an add, checked the results on their web page , contacted them, they offered me a discount from 2000€ to 1400€. So many red flags...
  14. Now i came to a conclusion that they did extract ca 2500 grafts because my donor look similar to 2nd ht (doganay, 2500 grafts), but my recipient looks like fewer grafts than my 3rd HT (keser, 1000 grafts) so the only explanation that I can think of is that they extracted 2500-3000 grafts and then thrown 1000-2000 grafts in the trash. Is it possible?
  15. And this is 2500 grafts from dr. Doganay and 1000 grafts from dr Keser
  16. i am wondering since this is all the transplanted hair, and this is the result 18 months after...
  17. Hello, i had my 3rd HT with dr Keser and I have been sorting my old photos and i found photos from my first HT, which was a total scam. I would like to ask if you can explain to me what happened with my first ht? And i would like to warn people about rushed and bad decisions for a HT! I am over it but since i talked to dr keser and he assessed my donor as depleted (after his surgery) i looked at my old photos and compared my donor before my 1st HT (I don't know how much grafts, they said 3000), 2nd HT (doganay 2590 grafts) and 3rd (keser 1000 grafts) and i still dont understand what happened. HT was ridiculously cheap, 1400€ (i did not know that that was cheap, I had no knowledge about HT), it was fast, ca 4 hours of operation, and now when I look at the donor it does look like they harvested a lot of graft but I don't see where the implanted them? Does anybody have any kind of an explanation? Pic: donor before, after HT and after and 18 months after
  18. Thx, i think so too. About hair quality and type of hair loss, yes it was difficult for me to find similar cases to compare. Currently no. I just started Fin yesterday, after 6 months break. I took Fin for two years and then I stopped, no big side effects, but some smaller ones. I ll use fin for a few months because of shock loss, that is my first concern now. If i dont lose any of my original hair this HT will be a success. I used vitamins but i stopped taking them, now I ll start again. I am not sure but i think he did have magnification glass.
  19. no problem, I have had it for so long that I forget how it looks to other people. When I was younger and people asked me about it I said that aliens kidnap me and that I was so scared, shut tight, that they couldn't probe me downstairs so they went in through the head or that the doctor said that I have too much brain that he needs to remove some of it.
  20. it is a scar from another medical operation unrelated to HT. I have had it for years and have been thinking of covering it but since my donor is so weak I never did.
  21. Three days after OP it looks very clean, no scabs, a little more swelling on the face, no pain
