Hope those pic show the issue that i have the skin is totally ruined and the hair are patches I think the hair removal can enhance the skin status as it will remove all of this irrigularities I will try a small test on hairline to remove the ridging and if it works, i will remove everything I will be happier person in the world if i can get back my healthy ski again The redness and burning feeling prevent me from any physical activities in this life See the hair is like hydra it is unmangeable and have wrong directions My wish is to remove this madness from my life and be normal person again

i put some pictures One of the pics is based on skype camera whcih shows the hairline how it look from distance without any camera enhancement, so systematic and sharp and horizental Other pic shows how the roots are stand like needle in odd way The third pic shows the hair is only on the hairline area and i do not have options only to comb over in addition the whole scalp is red and this is after one year

Why it is so hard to get back where i start I do not want hair anymore, and i do not want wig I do not have a mental issue, i give a proper dignose of mycase, i have a skin issue which no doctor could find a solution without proposing remove the reason I cannot go out without feeling pain, i cannot work out without feeling burning sensation If i would have a mental issue, it will be from the skin and its pain, nobody knows what i m suffering everyday, i want to feel normal, with healthy skin again, Sometimes i cannot sleep without cortizone, i envy now everyone who can walk under sun and go to any place he want I cannot go to the beach, i cannot play sport, all becuase of this procedure The skin under transplanted area is ruined and it is now intolerance to anything All becuase of this stupid doctor and the clinic who did not have any ethics by tellingvthe people the truth, only misleading people abd destroy their life later, those are criminal

Hi I guess Most of people here now my story I did 3500 fue one year ago and it is totally ruin my life due to doctor who claim his an expert I have ridging and fake hairline and a big bald spot I cannot say the hair did not grew but i wish if it didnot, it look ugly wispy and like hydra cannot be styled at all, the hair distribution is odd and not correct, dense at the hairline and totally empty behind it, eveb the hair at the hairline look ugly at the roots The roots are stand in ugly way look terriblelly fake, I do not know if all 3500 grew but the hair definetly it is not coverying anything, in reverse i feel i m balder now than before Due to the procedure, i lost what is left of my natural hair and now i end up with the ugly trnsplant hair with large bald spot so now i m now nw6 with nw0 hairline The big problem also is the skin 2 days ago i just tried to work out a little bit some pushups and a little jogging after 2 hours my head start burning like hell and the skin was totally red i could not sleep from pain The whole skin is totally ruin due to hair transplant, i cannot go out anymore without feeling burning sensation, i hate now going out to any place cuz i know later there would be pain and redness waiting me So for me hair transplant is one of the worst thing that literally destroy my self esteem and personality i m ready to pay any amont now just to get back normal again So I have two options here Option 1: i will go to the best doctor in the world ( which i believe now is Dr Lorenzo)? and make him repair the hairline, hair direction and the ridging and transplant again to cover other areas But i m aftaid of the skin that it will handle this procedure Option 2 Go to Belgium and remove the whole thing by one of the doctors there ( they assure to me the skin will back normal if i remove the hair) with multiple surgeries using small and better than electrolysis or laser, so i m thinkig to do small test like fixing the ridging and watch skin reaction i m sufferng enough now so, i m afraid of either options will do more harm than now When i m not feeling well i choose option 2 but when i m ok i start thing about option 1 When i look to the skin and see all the grafts look ugly and disfigured the skin i choose option 2 when i look to the hair without focusing on the skin i choose option 1 When i have selfies the hair look nice and when i have pics from distance the hairline look so fake and sharp I need your opinion and what i should do ? Spain or Belgium ?

Hair transplant ruin my life and skin not only self esteem

After week of tough cortizone cream, the burning sensation stop and the redness fade away and even the cobbletonning vanished Amazing results from cortizone cream, now my head is near to normal head, Still the ridging appear at the temple of hairline, i want to remove it What is the best thing to do, i tried steriod injection without success, i feel there is something hard like stone under the skin that should be removed How this can be solved ? And still i m thinking is the surgery is best root ? or electrolysis and laser Do i think right, that fue punch out 0.7 mm can remove the hair and improve the skin Am i right? When i read old threads, they said there are no scarring at all when small tools are used

Correct, but what about skin irrigularities, how i can remove it without surgery, i have ridging at the hairline, how i can remove it, and also the hair can be reused to cover the white dots behind Please correct me if i m wrong, but the surgery can remove all of those things and the hair cannot be loss totally

Thanks Mikey, i m looking to do the plugs removal, but in order to do it i want to consult the best as u said So doctors That i m already contact with for consultation are the folllowing doctors ( all of them online) except Dr Bisanga - Dr Bisanga: approved and ready to do it - Dr Bahatti : refused my approach totally and said it can lead to disaster, prefer laser to do everything - Dr Mwamba: still pending - Dr epstein: approved and ready to do it - Dr Bernstein: still pending - Dr john deep: still pending - Dr Cooly: prefer other options to remove hair like elctrolysis and laser - Dr Walter unger: still pending - Dr Umar: against removal and want me to wait till18 months - Dr Koray: refuse to give opinion before pyhisical check maybe i have to do a physical consultation also, that means i have to travel only for that, , So this will increase the cost also

Implementing this decision is not an easy one and it definetly uncharted area so i want a help from everyone here by giving advise and recommendation espicially from the one who fimilliar with fue removal cuz the issue is risky and i do not want to make another mistake

I m pot op one year now, always my skin is red and only the transplanted area, donor area is totally fine Nothing on my hair and i clean my hair everyday with gentle shampoo Usually everything would be ok if i stay indoor once i m out the whole transplanted area start to be red with burning sensation, also if i start work out same thing So my skin is become so irritated to heat and dust and humidity, once i put pure cortizone cream everything vanished but the burning sensation become numbness or like pin & needle pain I doubt there is infection and maybe i need to do biopsy to understand what is happening there, but i do not want scar on my front head

No way, i will not wear such thing, i accept the scars and not hair system Today, morning my skin was good and all redness completely fade away, but at night everything back like before, the burning sensation and redness So i put cortizone cream which burn first like hell but it give a temporary enhancement later , i cannot figure it out, why this happen to le ?? is it infection happen during the surgery? or just allergy from the new hairs or inflammation due to surgery ? I m totally convinced that the hair should be removed by fue, when i read old threads about removing hair plugs, all the cases were good and i could not find a case end up with problem worse than hair transplant itself in reverse most of the cases the skin improved even for old plugs once the hair or internal scars removed the surgery become like any other surgery, and the skin should healed smoothly, espicially if the used tools are 0.7 mm( the dermatoller is bigger than the tools) so even if there is any trace left it should be easily fade away or even by laser or peeling can be completely vanished At least i can remove this stupid hairline and keep thinning look Please correct me if i m wrong, because i think this the way that i think it can save me

If i took this approach, then i might end up with the same situation like now and it would be a race between baldness and hair transplant I made this procedure for me an not for people and at the end i did not like the results and consider it like disaster, Removing the hair or at least the hairline and keep thining look from front and maybe build up the middle or hump it might work, this will give a look that can stay for all ages, that what i prefer I did not say i m happy to be bald but i want look like normal people without a fake hairline and believe me i do not want a full head of hair only something look normal But as u said the skin irrigularities is an issue which cannot be shown only under certain light or i have to shave off but based on waht i saw with old threads i saw a case that dr bisanga did of removing the hairline, the skin look after that very nice,so that what i m assuming would be my case espically all the irrgularities are smalls and they are not even scars so they can pretty improved For BHT unfortunatly it will not work for me and i already check that with another doctor he told me your beard hair is totally different from your scalp hair calliber and color so it will not look normal and he advise against it So the options are even remove the whole thing or removing only the hairline and make the hair more thinner in front and use the hair to build the middle But stay with the same hairline like a nw0 and i m already nw6 and i do not know what nw would be in the future is not an option at all Also the skin after one year cause a lot of problem, i cannot even sweat without feeling my head in on flame, i start think that this kind of infection happen at time of surgery, my dermetologist want to take biopsy from front scalp but i did not allow it i do not need more scars anymore

I could not due to the ridging, i put a cortizone cream so i weak up today without any redness and the burning sensation become like a feeling of drynes Now i m trying to contact with some doctors like Dr Bisanga, i want to rid off of the hair, so i m looking for cases to see if it would be a viable option or not Based on my research i found removing the hair with FUE punch out can remve the hair and can even improve the skin but there is risk of scarring Dr Bahatti warn me that this is not a good option at all and it might lead to disaster So now i m confused, therefore i m thinking to try a test spot to see the healing how it will go and also it will be a chance to remove the ridging I cannot find an answer, really i cannot find a happy case of removing the hair transplant only some old threads about the old hair plugs and not one new case with new fue method Some doctor told me the only way to correct your case is by doing another surgery to cover my scalp But i consider this option is riskier than trying an FUE punch out as i might end up with the same problem Another option that i m thinking about recently is find a way to make the hairline more brighter or thinner, so there would not be a strong line on my scalp, the transplant hair is thick, dry and does not suit the hairline at all so that is why the hairline lool fake in addition to its postion but if i find a way to make the hair thinner at the hairline so it become more brighter at the skin root, it might help my case a lot, and later for the position i can use electrolysis to rid off some hair at the cornor I wish if the original doctor starts small before doing a large case, i was naive but also i told him are u sure it will be ok ? the quanitiy seems large but he just laugh and said everything would be alright So what do you think it is best option ? Sorry, but i m always writing here when i m under pain which i cannot bear it anymore everyday, every minute i feel my scalp is on flame I went to hospital twice in one month and they injected me with cortizone, which gives me some kinf of relief but it makes me sleep a lot and ruin my body at the end My skin is alway red and flushy, it is like i made the surgery yesterday I check with many doctors in my area in dubai and all of them told me there is something wrong happen in your scalp, they need biobsy to know, which i alway refuse to do as they will take it from front scalp so it will give a new scars to what i already have I cannot live properly due to the pain, i beome a nervous and angry man, i hate people and everything in life now, Each time i ask doctor, he told me there is no solution to my case, the whole f**king science stop at my case I went back to my original doctor, he simply run from his responsibility and even refuse to listen to me and told me this is your luck and you have to live with it I always feel i m living in nightmare, and i will wake up someday I just need to end this pain and enhance my appearance by removing this stupid hairline Is there a dcotor can help me removing the hair and get the skin back to normal

I m doing those with a dermatologist in hospital And it did not do much I think it will take a lot of injections and time I took 2 so far and it only shrink a little bit I m looking to remove this curse, i went back to my original clini to told the i m not happy at all and my life become misery becuase of them, they claimed there is nothing wrong and the even the ridiging is originally there before hair transplant, they denied everything I told them about inflammation and even after one year i m sufferring and cannot walk under sun or do any sport, they said it is a skin problem and not related to hair transplant, and i have disease i did not tell them about, so they are not responsible of what will happen to me, they are only resposible if there is no hair growing I do not have any skin problem, the issue is only on the transplanted area, even the donor area is fine, they refused to listen to that I told them regardless of anything the hair position is not right, i m nw5 and you give me hairline of nw0 that nonsense of lools lole fence on giant large bald spot, and i already gave them old picture pf me with high receded hairline and they did not do it like the picture they refused to listen and they said if they will do it again they will do it in the same way, they believe the front should be covered in this way regardless if it look natural or not Even they like threaten me if i try to complain to any authority that they will sue me I told them please just help me to remove it and i want to get back to where i start, they said this my problem and i have to get used to my new look and no way they will remove single hair cause there is nothing wrong by their terms, and they can only do transplant again Really I cannot describe my feeling after all of that What i should do, i m not saying i m happy to be bald, but also i l so depress becuase of this fake lool on my head, if they just did it in a different way it will look a lot better than now

Biolizard Same with me, exactly what you describe, we did it in the same time and feel the same but i m more advance than u and after one year i lost all my natural hair and what is left is the ugly transplant hair as fence on my head Just something extra happen with me, yesterday they charged me from hospital, few days back suddenly the transplant area become so inflammed, i do not know what happen, i could not sleep or eat or anything it is really like a fire inside my head, so painful, they inject me with cortizone and even after that it is still painfull, Most of the doctors told me they cannot help me and it is so difficult case The immune system is rejecting the hair and always attack the skin, and now i have like chronicle problem, i cannot go out, i will be fired from my work soon, cuz i cannot go out even with hat without pain , now any breez or heat or anything in outdoor trigger sever allergy or inflammation some doctors said you should rid off the hair asap as it can develop more serious problem in the future My life is totally ruin and now i cannot know how i can live with this pain and appearance

I just come back from dermatolgist follow up The doctor told me u do not have scars, but u have chronicle inflammation and the skin texture is not normal anymore The inflammtion due to body rejection of the hairs and i will continue sufferring in this way until removing the cause which are the hairs. However removing the hairs will expose the abnormal skin texture which will not look normal anymore bo matter what i do So even i will have hairs with chronicle inflammation or removing the hairs and accept baldness with abnormal skin texture I m stuck in difficult situation, im totally smashed what should i do

Hi After 9 months i start treat the skin and be prepared to removed the transplant hair I have deep depression due to the skin scars and this fake hairline, it create huge anxiety by million time than hair loss, i did not know i have to sacrifice my skin to have fake hair Anyway, After 3 months of heavy skin treatment, it get little improvement and smooth out slightly and i get back my scalp sensation and cobblestonning shrinked also, i had also cotison injection to treat the ridiging and it is also shrinked 75% and today i will have another injection to see if i can remove it completely Also alo vera was a really big help to moistorize the skin and reduce the redness However, i m still in the beginning of the fight, now i will hit the one year soon, and the scalp skin still has like a thin pink shiny layer which appear under white light with small dots under each hair, each time i look i become more depress and see i still have a long long way to rid off of everything if it is possible I do not want to start removing the hair before treating the skin but the dilemma is - Should i remove the hair to improve the skin or should i wait to let the skin heal first - What type of scars are formed from the incision, are they too deep to create deeper scars or they are so small (0.7 mm) like acne and can be faded with time or removed with procedure - From your experience, do everyone have like this problem, the pink layer and dots under light or this is due to poor technique What shoud i do from here, i just have dream now to have the same fresh skin again, is that possible? i do not care about hair anymore Thanks
