  1. Thanks for the kind words Telepinu. It's you right to research even more before starting with "vitamin P". I think it's correct that psychology plays a major factor here. I wish all the best for you. And Yomommyz, I feel for you, but let's face with the fact that hair is not everything. Aging is something that can not be reversed. However it's sad because it does not affects everyone in such a dramatic way. I believe that all the participants on this forum have hair loss problems. It is not wrong to want your beauty back, but it's wrong to let hair loss makes you depressive. I'm sure that your hair looks fine for everyone except for you. When you notice the first signs of hairloss, you can not stop looking in the mirror. And yes, it makes you depressive, but you must learn how to control it. Best wishes for you. Back to the topic. Peter88, can you please tell me about sperm count on long term usage. Do you have children? Do you had any problems when trying to conceive? Sorry about my terrible English.
  2. Telepinu, thanks for your replies. As I can see you are Albanian living in the US. so I'm glad cause we are neighbors . Telepinu, are you taking Propecia, and have you experienced any side effects? Yommomyz: Like my Uncle Cernal Sanders always said. I'm toooo drunk!@# To taste this chicken!@# lol It's one hell of a conclusion. Very creative and funny. I't reminds me of my uncle.
  3. Maxxy This is taking VeniVidiVici's topic way off track so I will end here. It's ok. As far as the conversation is constructive, but we have all gone too far. Lets go back to the topic. I was about to start with Propecia, so I realy want to find at least one person not having side effects from Propecia, and than I can hope to be one of the very few man on the world who are not having side effects.
  4. Thanks for your reply Yomommyz.God bless U2, and all American citizens, although I'm from Macedonia, I know how FDA is killing you slowly. And what is really weird, most of the doctors in USA are even blinded or corrupted by the FDA. I read that most of the dermatologists in USA take percentage for every Propecia prescription. Let's spread this posts to the world so anyone can see about the REAL PERCENTAGE of side effects from Propecia. They claim that only 2% of the patients have experienced side effects. We will show that this number is more than 80%. And for those Propecia and FDA advertisers - SHUT UP !!! No one believes in you any more... I strongly believe in that Macedonian study. Although the question was: Anyone not having side effects from Propecia, every post here is about HAVING SIDE EFFECTS FROM PROPECIA. Is there at least ONE?
  5. Since now, no one. I wonder if those numbers of 82% are correst. I think it's 95%.
  6. Ok, it's good to hear from the other side. With all due respect to your opinion, I think thaht you should see these videos. Just type FDA corruption on google and and it will return 6,000,000 + results THERE ARE NO HUMAN BEINGS IN FDA. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF CORRUPTED EVIL MACHINES ONLY. http://video.google.com/videos...f#q=FDA&view=2&emb=0 http://video.google.com/videos...f#q=FDA&view=2&emb=0 http://video.google.com/videos...emb=0&aq=0&oq=FDA+c# And of course, all these videos are made by USA citizens, not citizens from the Balkans, who are "unreliable " according to you. I just read that there are NO studies for long term side effects from finasteride 1mg, but it is approved by FDA as safe drug. OMG !!! FDA is is responsible for killing of over 1 million American citizens, mostly with that FDA approved ASPARTAME.These are not my words. And now, you will tell me that there are human beings in FDA that cares for us ? Come on...
  7. Ok, I will do my best to find the newspaper so I can scan it and i can post it here, because I was unable to find on-line version of the study. It's a study from Macedonian Health Association in 2007-2009, an experiment performed on 100 patients suffering from MPB (1mg finasteride/daily) After the study,Macedonian Health association strongly recommends not to use finasteride for hair loss. THE STUDY WAS NOT FINANCED BY ANY DRUG COMPANY.IT WAS FINANCED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA(MINISTRY OF HEALTH). 82 of them reported side effects. Side effects reported: 1. Decreased libido (sex drive) 2. Erectile dysfunction (impotence or ED) 3. Decreased ejaculate amoun 4. Signs of an allergic reaction, including unexplained skin rash, itching, hives, unexplained swelling, wheezing, or difficulty breathing or swallowing 5. Breast tenderness or breast enlargement 6. Testicular pain. What I think is that FDA do not care for you and for me. It's probably one of the most corrupted organizations in the world, and those numbers of side effects (about 2% according to Merck and FDA) are nothing but false.(My opinion)Do you know how FDA employees are paid? Mostly from a part of the profit of all drug companies in USA.
  8. I just saw some horrible percentage of patients having side effects from taking Propecia. It was 82%. OMG That means that 8 of 10 people using propecia have experienced side effects. I do believe that these numbers are correct because there are millions of people reporting side effects from the drug. So I want to know is there at least one person on this forum - without side effects from teking Propecia.
  9. Try with Ketoconazole shampoo (Nizoral or Revita) Their effectiveness is proven for scalp dermatitis. Consult with a dermatologist first. He will tell you the same, i think. Best wishes.
  10. Your post is weird. We know about dutasteride/finasteride. The question was - Is anyone using Kirkland Minoxidil 5%? H
  11. Bill, I'm about to start using Propecia and I want to ask you something. I know that you are using Propecia for many years and I want you to tell me (if it's not a problem for you) about sperm counts after using Propecia for a long period. Have you been to doctor to determine your sperm count?
  12. Well, 1.Yes it can stop. But most probably after 1 year of using it you will see all the regrow if any, and than you will just maintenance your regrow and your hair from further hair loss. But your body may become resistant to Rogaine over the years (5 years of usage or more). 2.No, starting and stoping Rogaine can not lead to more hair loss than of your starting point, but after stopping it's most likely for you to lose all the hair you have regrow or maintained using Rogaine. 3.I have never tried Rogaine for my eyebrows but a friend of mine is using it for her eyebrows with some good results. Give it a try and stick with it for at 6 months so you can see if this product is effective for you. Best wishes.
  13. Thanks for the reply dabuski, but I want to know is it working. Does it contains minoxidil at all, cause there are a lot of scams on the market. Thanks in advance.
  14. I want to order Kirkland Minoxidil 5% from www.amazon.com and I want to know if this products works or it is a scam. Any comments?
  15. I'd be very surprised if your doctor really said/meant this. Just my 2 cents Why would I lie about that?My friend is taking Propecia for 1 year and he is suffering from testical pain and low-sex drive. I think that the side effects are shown in more than 75% of the patients. BUT, i will take it anyway. My hairloss is bothering me as much as I've sad. But it will be Proscar cause I don not have enough money to pay for Propecia every month. One box with 28 pills costs 100$ in Macedonia. Can someone please tell me where can I order Proscar online, because no one will give me a prescription for Proscar in my country Thanks in advance.
  16. Why would your doctor tell you this? He told me that the side effects are severe and permanent in most cases and there are 50% chances of side effects,(less than 10 % according to Merck). He is experienced doctor in hair loss. What should I do, cause I can not go on like this any more. Should I try Saw Palmetto first, or something else herbal?
  17. Every day for me is a struggle. I want to start with Finasteride, but my doctor told me that it's not safe at all, especially for a young man like me (22) because those pills must be taken for life time. Every morning when I see those hairs falling out, I'm feeling so depressed and I just can not live like that any more. What should I do? I don't know.
  18. I just sent invitation on their web site, and I hope that they will post some pics.
  19. Raphael84, thank you for your advice and your time. I will invite them to post some of their work here, so we can all see and talk about their job. Best wishes.
  20. Thanks for your replies. So, SP is not what is supposed to be? Damn, I will have to start with Propecia/Proscar as soon as posible. I pray that it will not cause some permanent side effects, cause I'm so young {22}.
  21. Take a look at that and you will not search anymore. http://www.hairtransplantnetwo...ID=22&PatientID=1044 I think it's one of the best in the world, although it's made with 6 small FUE sessions and can cost a lot, but the result is extraordinary. This gentleman was NW6 and now he is NW2 with an amazing thickness all over the head. Dr. Bill Rassman - BRAVO.
  22. It does not mean that if it is not MADE IN USA and expensive - it's not good. For example, Turkey makes the finest tobacco, but USA makes the best cigarettes with Turkish tobacco.(CAMEL) And the cost of Camel made in Turkey will be 0.5$ instead of that 5$ or more in USA. Why is that? Because of the extremely high taxes in USA, well paid staff, expensive electricity, expensive garbage disposal etc...etc...etc...and all together - the standard of living. You should not underestimate others.
  23. No problem.I'm open for any questions. Keep posting. All the best.
  24. No, they are definitely not the same product. But, the active ingredient Minoxidil(what is the most important) is the same and it is presented with 5% percentage. Just look at the prices and you will see that they are not same. You can never know whether or not Rogaine contains other ingredients for example for cosmetically thickening of the hair.
