  1. Cool. Thats a much better reply. The way Shera went defensive, then passive-aggressive was completely unnecessary.
  2. Agree with this. Try to have consults with all three. Konior would be my first choice.
  3. Thanks for a long and exhaustive reply. However, you are trying to make things personal which is wrong on many levels. What dr. Lorenzo has to do with this patients result or with my comment? I never mentioned dr. Lorenzo, let alone said that dr. Lorenzo is better than dr. Bhatti, etc. My comment to Technie would have been the same whether the surgeon was Bhatti, dr. Lorenzo, Feller or anyone else. In any case, since you looked at the photos in my profile, I'm sure you noted that they were taken at 5 months (dont know what you consider a comb over, but there wasnt one). I am over the moon with my result at 7 months. I dont want to get into a war here, which you tried by going personal. This is about Techies result, not mine or anyone else's. I offered a straight forward opinion to Techie. After 10 months (not 9) he will not see ANY new growth. In fact after 6 months >90% of hairs should have already poked thru. That information is not coming from me, but from long research and from post by experienced posters, moderators and dr's. Shera, you are obviously new in the whole marketing business. Lesson 1 - dont take comments personally, be factual, frank and take action. Dr. Bhatti is a great surgeon, but this result is far from acceptable. He should look into it and take the responsibility.
  4. Frankly, considering that you represent the surgeon, you should be concerned. There is barely any improvement from the last set of pics. People can be slow growers, but by month 10 all grafts should already be growing. Once a graft pokes thru, it takes 3-4 months for it to grow out and thicken. I would not expect any visible improvement between now and 18 months mark. Lets call it what it is - an example of a bad HT outcome and dr. Bhatti should get involved.
  5. Looking great Dave. Very natural result. It seems that the first two surgeries you had did not produce great yield. The third one really fixed it up.
  6. This thread is a conversation between Bloxham and his alter ego.
  7. #1 = relax, if you decided to do a HT, Lorenzo is a good choice. #2 = it will take at least 2 months before you will feel comfortable in public, maybe 3 or 4. Not saying you will have to stay home, but it will be noticable. #3 = enjoy Madrid/Alcobendas, a very nice place and people. PM me if you have specific questions.
  8. You do realize this is a fake review posted by Feller and Bloxham? It is so obvious, it is actually hilarious.
  9. I dont understand why clinics have to post fake reviews.
  10. I did not have any major shockloss (patches or anything like that). I had diffuse hair loss in front, so I did lose some of the existing hairs there (hopefully they will come back). I'm getting closer to my pre-op state, but I am not there yet. Probably around month 2.5 or 3. Have a lot of pimples in donor area, which seems to be normal with FUE.
  11. I am still in very early stages, less than 2 months, so nothing much to show. I will post my thread in ~4 months.
  12. Take a look at the side view, there is a huge gap, and front density is barely acceptable. In any case it would be great if moderators would check IP addresses from these "new" Feller patients.
  13. Dr. Lorenzo is recommended by HRN? I had a procedure with dr. Lorenzo recently. All extractions are done by technicians. From what I know this has been the case in his Madrid office for some time. I was surprised by this, but in the end the growth is all that counts. I will post my results in 4 months or so. Dr. Lorenzo has 2 or 3 patients per day, and he does all implants. He does not oversee extractions, nor inspects grafts. He however does have experienced team. Two or three technicians work on each patient where on of them inspects grafts after extractions. Let me know if you have questions.
  14. 2000 grafts can take around 10-12 hours. They start at 8:30, extract ~1000 by 11:30PM, implant them by 2PM. Then they extract another 1000 by 5PM and implant them by 7-8pm.
  15. Let me get this straight, you had ~5400 grafts in the front 1/2 by H&W and Rahal, and you say you are very happy with those results. Yet you needed more grafts? TBH, H&W is too high and Rahal's scar stretched (which is not due to your physiology, since H&W scar did not stretch). The yield was obviously much below average, especially for FUT. The area they covered seems to be around 90cmsq. 4500 grafts in that area would have been more than enough.
  16. Techs do all extractions now, dr. Lorenzo does all implantations. He has 2-3 patients/day.
  17. Perhaps I sounded harsh towards you, did not mean to, apologies.
  18. With all due respect, dr. Feller is a bully and he is trying to heckle everyone on this thread who disagrees with him. Other doctors are probably busy working and using their free time to provide the best care for their patients. I think that every self-respected surgeon will stay far away from this thread. Nobody wants to play the childish "gotcha" game with dr. Feller. "Three forces, three forces, three forces".. yet dr. Bhatti's FUE results look better than dr. Feller's FUT.
  19. So predictable "dr." Feller, so predictable. Acting smart and being condescending.
  20. This, dr. Feller, is pretty much a nail in the coffin of any further argument you may have. I know you will try to wiggle your way out, acting smart and condescending, but it will not work.
  21. Dr. Feller, "Game, set, match". Discussion over.
  22. Seriously Alan, temple points take what, >1000 grafts? And you would recommend strip? Crazy..
