Update 29.09.15
I am now 7 months and one week post op and I am sooooo happy with my result, knowing I have some months left of growth. I hereby want to say sorry to Dr Hakan for doubting his skills hehe...
Will post pictures when I reach 8 months.
Good news.

Very interesting. Feel sorry for the first guy.
-
Buzz it to an even length all over..
-
Great write up. His work looks great. That's why I chose him after researching this. I'm getting excited about seeing him in January. Keep us posted. If there's anything I should know, airport procedure, what to bring etc, please pm me.
-
The work looks good, very neat. I think the hairline density will be fine and I don't think it would have looked better any lower. I think you're looking at a second op for the crown.
Who was the surgeon?
-
Any updates?
-
Awesome result. Are you on fin as well?
-
I would tend to agree, it's not like closing a shop early..
-
Were you not offered the chance to have the extra grafts inserted? How many were disposed of that you were aware of? I find this strange, as other people have found Saifi very ethical and had a good experience with him and have commented he has put in surplus grafts at no extra cost.

looks great. Very natural.

hmmm... I have been using the wife's powder on the recipient areas when I go to work.. Not using actual liquid concealers or putting it on very heavy, but still using it to offset some of the residual pinkness since the three weeks post op.... I hope it doesn't affect my results.
Spidey, is the procedure unnoticeable after 3 weeks? Do you reckon you could wing it as a buzz cut after three weeks? What about the shedding?
-
It certainly looks better than before.
Who was the surgeon? Could still be early days.

Having researched on here endlessly, I've finally booked for my HT for January 2016 with Dr Demirsoy at Armamed.
Although low key on here, I've have been impressed with his results on other forums and general recommendations.
At 46, and around a norwood 3, i'm treating this as my mid life crisis treat. I'm hoping four weeks off work might be enough to pass the redness/shed and just look like I've buzzed my hair....at least that's the plan.
I'm honestly very nervous about the whole thing. I'm just hoping, that during the consultation, I've enough donor to be able to work with, with the plan being to enhance the hairline and fill out the front a bit, so I no longer look like Bruce Willis/ Jack Nicholson.
I would appreciate any advice from anyone who has been to Armamed and Turkey for their HT, what to bring, travel advice re airport, visas etc, local customs do's and don'ts .
Pm me if you don't want to post on this thread.
Thanks.
D.

I'm really confused in all this.
Dr Feller (I think), advised in a recent article that three days is about right to resume touching the head and shampooing normally, as the grafts are bedded in, then others are saying ten days......:confused:
-
I really don't think you need a HT either. You've a fairly solid hairline and I imagine the camera flash has made scalp more obvious in the pic.
-
How soon can you work out after a FUE procedure?
-
I buzzed mine a few years ago, to a number two. I thought I looked like a hare Krishna, but people thought it suited me.
Ironically, i'm booking a hair transplant..
Yours looks fine.
There's something very liberating about doing it. Although, I did mine in February and my head was freezing..
-
Coming along well. Are you on fin?
-
Holy sh..t:eek::eek:
:eek:Just read some of the stories on that propecia help website. Nightmare.
-
Get four or five quotes from different clinics and consider going abroad.
-
:DDo you reckon four weeks off for fue to be un noticed? What about redness and shedding? could you just explain it as a buzz cut? i'm going to try and keep mine under the radar.....then when there is regrowth, i'll just give it the "pills and potions" line....
-
Is anyone in a position to advise, does fin effect younger males rather than those in middle age? Really not keen to start it, in case i'm one of the very unlucky ones that ends up with permanent damage.
-
I'm debating fin too. I'm nearly 46, hair loss has been a slowly receding hairline and some thinning. I really don't want to knacker my tadger by taking it, or end up with moobs, or other issues. Are your mid 40s a time that you can decree your hair loss is stabilising?
-
I saw that. No matter if you're competent as a company, any misleading advertising automatically compromises your reputation.

Very clean work. Looks great.
Patient really does suit his hair buzzed though.
