  1. HTsoon you were the first to attack me and were way out of line. I began asking sanjar a legitimate question. Don't expect innocent people to lay down after the accusations and name calling you made to me. You brought this on yourself.
  2. All because I won't be bullied. HTsoon is mad at the world because he doesn't like himself or what he sees in the mirror. This has affected every aspect of his life. A trully miserable person. But I originally thought you were mature. I now realize you're too emotional to have an adult conversation.
  3. Who spent $40,000+++ at multiple california clinics and doctors to look like Eddie Munster. You win!
  4. Catherine is an RN. I found her to be intelligent, competent and professional with by now many years working in a hair transplant clinic. She assisted in my last procedure. How do I know? I've been there twice and I also ran a healthcare company as well as have taught the aseptic technique used in surgery to students entering the healthcare field. Do I work for this place? Not at all. Read my posts on this thread. You'll see progression from a logical question to a chaotic frenzy. My original query had to do with, 'why FUE over FUT', which I never got an answer? I don't know a lot about FUE's but to my knowledge FUT's are this clinic's specialty.. I wondered if sanjar already made up his mind or what actually led him to choosing FUE? After researching FUE's I found what all the commotion on the board was. But in mind when someone says they are depressed, you naturally tread lightly because things said online could result in a tragic outcome. In future threads people should consider this before commenting. Sanjar made a hell storm post, left many unanswered questions and hasn't been back to the thread since 11/11? I don't mind the questions to me but I have no skin in this. At the same time, I refuse to be bullied. I simply asked a serious question, stated my personal experience and observations with this clinic and what they did for me. Period...
  5. It reminds me of why some feel there needs to be a fence around California. I am truly sorry you think I am vile but I cannot change my personal experiences or medical knowledge. Merry Christmas!
  6. I said earlier if I had one criticism it was that the grafts didn't appear tightly placed to be considered 'high density' but that there could have been a good reason. I'll add to that comment and say I don't think 2500 grafts would cover that large an area and maybe, just maybe, they tried to do too much with too few grafts. I still would have loved to see a before pic to get a better idea of what he had pre-op. Something else that bothers me is why sanjar hasn't been to this site since 11/11? In his state of mind that should concern people.
  7. Oooohhh, I've failed... lol Is that what all the cool kids are saying..? Responding to another post about grafts. When I was there the clinic explained and showed me the way they separate 1's, 2's, 3's, 4's etc grafts... They place the one's and two's in the front and 3 and 4's progressively working towards the back. Again, you would have to have been there to know this but some people can get away with posting anything even if it's untrue. JON86 let's focus on sanjar and not lump all my posts together. I know it's hard.. You are not helping him in any way. Just know that.
  8. Before you call the kettle black, you sure are spending a lot of time online persecuting this place.. I still think piling on and making this guy, a complete stranger to you, even more depressed is irresponsible. Especially when you don't have a clue the type of person you are dealing with or what his results will be..
  9. If you read his posts, sanjar spoke of being depressed and here you are throwing gas on the fire like a fool when you should have proceeded with caution. You may be able to act this way with some of these posts here but not all. You don't know the deck you are dealing with and your haphazard posts could only be making it worse. Reassess once it's healed and then you can restart your lynch mob cyber assaults.
  10. Let everything heal and see an after procedure vs his results in 8 months. One thing will be certain is he will have more hair.. Remember, we don't know how much shock loss he had because he didn't show a 'before' pic. That could answer the placements because you're not going to place where there's already healthy hair. People here need to chill a bit because you are absolutely depressing this pure guy when you don't know for sure what his results may be. And yes, money matters. You keep saying I work for the place and I don't. I am just seeing it in another way than you and you will need to accept this, eventually.
  11. I guess you're correct in that I've said everything I needed to say and even posted on another site. Your posts here only amount to your opinion and that's all. Just like mine. The biggest difference is I've been to this place and you haven't. Using Dr. Diep in San Francisco for a 30yo must have cost a bundle.... Did you need to finance because a procedure from his clinic couldn't have been cheap. Are you still paying for it? What about Dr. Behnam in Santa Monica? Why did you change Dr's? After paying Diep for what had to be a $10K expense, why did you switch Dr's? Dr. Benham had to be even more costly. Maybe another $10K or even $20K for what those guys in Santa Monica get.. lol Were you satisfied after paying 10-20 grand? Man, I would hate to pay your bills for all the hair transplants you've had... And no offense but I've never seen a hairline quite like yours. Looks way too manufactured, but I'm sure you like it. Funny, but I had two procedures totaling 3,500 grafts costing a whopping $5,000 and will never need another transplant again. I guess it all boils down to what you're willing to spend. What you're willing to pay. Merry Christmas!
  12. Hair loss can really bring out a hateful and ugly side in people. You're still young.. Seek help, and I don't mean from a hair restoration clinic. QUOTE=HTsoon;2456352]Nursecorps U.S.A Why don't you quit posting you've been exposed you shill, tell your employer this site is not filled with idiots you can try and persuade with your old tactics, create accounts to inquire about the clinic, create accounts to pretend to be satisfied patients to create buzz and restore reputation, this is the oldest trick in the book. There is no satisfied patient on earth that intentionally seeks out negative things about a clinic they've gone too in an attempt to restore faith in the clinic, I've had two successful procedure at two different clinics, I would never intentionally seek out negative reviews to try and place blame on the patient, that's something only someone affiliated with the clinic would do. 13. Corpsman '77-'83. I'll post some pics when I'm done watching 'Secret Life of Walter Mitty' with my daughter.
  14. All of my posts are in reference to a clinic I have had procedures done and in threads directly related to the clinic. The only one I've ever been to... Oh, but you're shocked all my posts are only about this clinic.. Hilarious..
  15. It's carefully thought out posts (sarcasm) like yours that gets threads squashed. If you disagree say so and I'll try to better explain my opinion. If you have difficulty expressing yourself on sites such as this one, practice. No one will laugh at you. You have my word.
  16. You may not agree but IMO it would serve the members of this site better if we stuck to discussing first hand accounts of clinics we have had work done.
  17. I'm sure the moderators do their due diligence and check posters' IP's for fraud and the like.. You're going to have to come at this from another angle. You're also going to have to accept that this clinic has produced some happy satisfied customers over the years. Let me also say that I assure you I do not work for Chris (I hope he sees this as I know he would chuckle) and as I have posted before, he couldn't afford me. Dude, I like the clinic. I like the staff. I like the system. It's that simple.. So go on and rant about things you have little understanding. That's your prerogative. But don't expect me to change my position. It's not gonna happen..
  18. Unlike 'some people' I only post about clinics I actually know about. Been there twice and had two procedures, know the staff, comfortable with their system and spent my entire career working in healthcare.. I think I may know more about this clinic than most people. Wouldn't you say? lol:p
  19. .. and that's that someone can think having 2500 grafts surgically extracted and then inserted in a shaved scalp will not bleed, scab or cause ANY amount of scaring whatsoever... You try it and take a picture and let us see your findings.
  20. Usually Chris sits down and discusses the procedure prior to scheduling. Being that FUT's are their specialty, I'm curious who thought doing an FUE would be best? I see two immediate issues with doing FUE's. One is the extraction and the second is placement. No one could ever convince me that the FUE method would not interrupt the integrity of the follicle or damage the unit during extraction.. To me, it's all about preparation and causing the least harm to these fragile follicles prior to, during and at their placements. Anyone who has seen the FUE procedure has to know there's a lot of room for error and trauma to the hair follicle unit during the procedure, especially extraction.. (redundant I know, but can't be overstated.) That said, I've had two procedures in the past 2.5 years and the last one was exactly one year ago. Neither were FUE's. I need to post some 'One Year After Results" photos to give you an idea of what I'm talking about but I chose FUT because I didn't want to walk around with a half shaven head like you chose. I also want to say TMK that your photos are precisely how FUE's look immediately after surgery. I suppose the 1MM punch size allows adequate space for follicle to be placed without causing too much scaring and w/o harming the unit.? Depending on how your body heals, there really shouldn't be a lot of scaring (if any) once the placement sites heal. At least that was my case. My impression was that Catherine does good work but is very focused and doesn't like to chit chat while performing the procedure. I respect that. IMO you were in competent and professional hands but you also have to remember, these are people.. It's always smart and wise to show the utmost respect to any medical professional while in their care. To act otherwise would be foolish. If I had any criticism it would be that your graft placements do not appear to be 'high density placements'. But there could be a good explanation. Viability may be jeopardized placing units too close due to inadequate blood supply.. That could have been her assessment based on initial observation. Better safe than sorry.. The last thing my friend is to give some more time. You might be pleasantly surprised once all is healed and grafts begin to grow.. Take the meds, stay away from hot hot showers, use the Nioxin treatment and be patient. Merry Christmas!
  21. Your posting of a photo and procedure that had a poor outcome tells me one thing. You did not follow post op procedures in caring for the surgery. It is very hard to understand how your procedure went necrotic when you act as if you hold no responsibility. Did you fill the prescription and take the broad spectrum meds prescribed by the clinic? If so how did your infection get so bad? Did you keep clean, treat and dress the suture line 4x's a day and sleep upright for the first week? You would know soon if there is oozing or if it were overly tender (indicating infection) after a week, yet evidently you did nothing. How long after procedure did you first realize something was not right with healing? You should have contacted clinic IMMEDIATELY if you thought something was wrong. I suspect you knew you had a problem and were negligent acting promptly. Sorry this happened but the clinic cannot follow you home after the surgery or know if something is wrong if you don't communicate. The last thing I want to say is here are my before and after photos of my procedure done nine (9) months ago and hair is still growing. I combed it back so you can see the incredibly awesome job the clinic did. As natural looking and as full as I ever could have imagined. YOU CANNOT TELL where my donor site is and the person who sutured it did and excellent job because I was going to take a photo and could not find it! And it's only been nine months!!! Colorado Surgical and Hair is the best clinic in this region for this procedure. Period.
