  1. Well... I use the hairs I have and it works well... Even having so little.. So it will only be an improvement. I have pictures, but this tread is not about how I look with a hairpiece. Eventually I will post pictures post procedure, but not now.
  2. Lack of meds? I need more than propecia and minox?? (+ biotin and oils).. What else?
  3. My plan is to strengthen the front yes. No reason to do the back. Can easily be covered with hairpiece.
  4. That comment cracked me up:) Well, he put them in the front. And yes, he did not do a very good job I guess. Like "where did he put them"
  5. Had transplant long time ago. Not a great result. It was strip with a unknown surgeon who did a fine job, but the density was bad. Am I a good candidate for a FUE? Started taking propecia and minox 3 month ago so can see a bit regrowth here and there.. I eat healthy and I work out a lot. I am a very healthy guy. Don?t smoke. My hairloss is stable. Been this was for the last 8 years. I am now mid 30thies. My dads hairloss pattern is the same and also my big brothers - except they got more hair in the middle, but overall the same type. Mom got a full head of hair.
  6. Dear Hakan I am considering you as a HT-doc. However, I need to see more recent results from you. Keep up the good work. By the way, how where this guy shaved for the operation? I see you like to use nape hair. Dr Erdogan Korey say that for the front hairline you should use hair from the sides and only as a last resort you should use nape hairs. What are your thoughts on that?
  7. So, no one will reveal the name of the doctor nor the price of the procedure. Shady.
  8. 1 more thing. Are you going back to the same clinic?
  9. Cool. Are you happy with the hairline? Could you do a brush back just for show?
  10. Is those pictures from your first session in Turkey?
  11. BobHT29: I had a scar revision. They removed the scar and made a new one. I turned out it was my skin laxity that caused an issue. My scar size looks very similiar to yours. If it is skin conditioned I guess you would end up with the same stretch again. Why not FUE?
  12. You should get another opinion than dr. batthis. He told me the same thing, which none of the 4-5 other docs (incl. dr konior), looking at the same pics., mentioned anything about.
  13. Dr batthi I presume. He told me the same thing, which I have never heard before. Have consulted 6 other docs, same pics, no mention of diffused alo. Only Batthi mentioned this.
  14. Sorry Johnny. I am not impressed with his results compared with others in the area.
  15. I had the same type of closure. And I also got a skin that is very stretchy. My scar looks just like yours, but I obviously wear my hair longer. After the procedure the scar looked very nice - but skin can stretch a lot. I have to wear my hair longer know and it sucks. I am not sure of SMP either as the scar tissue can cause the ink to look strange - I have heard. But perhaps worth a try. Have not seen anyone with a stretched scar and SMP that has not shaved completely. Would like to see how that looked, but very expensive procedure if you don?t know what you are getting up front.
  16. Which doctor does most dense and best hairlines? I need high density packing to the hairline only. Had 2 transplants before to this area but the density and yield was poor. Taking this in to consideration which is the safest one to choose? I need 1000-1500 grafts, so the price is actually around the same for all these doctors.
  17. Me to. Mailed to the info@. but still no answer. Been two weeks as well.
  18. I don?t know about Rogaine (minoxidil). Not really sure how to combine such a regime with wearing a piece that comes of every 4-5 day:) Tryed it for two years once - have no idea what and if it did anything. By the way (sorry for asking all these questions at once) I have seen the tread with the twince where one took duta?s. Is Propecia 1mg fine or should one buy dutas instead? I can get propecia through my dr., but not dutas as it is not a drug that gets prescribed for mpb.
  19. Hi Spanker. I will document everything if there is an interest. The more people that tune in to help and comment, the more documentation and effort will go into this tread - naturally. I am very exited, as I am confident on the procedure - just not sure on which dr. Konior is out of the question (to expensive for me - but such a nice guy and incredible helpful and quick to response, I can?t praise him enough for taking the time to do that). Spanker, I have seen many great cases that combines hairpiece and HT - also the one you mention.
  20. Hi KO grown out... not really sure. Long time since I let it. Just started propecia 1mg/day and is getting priorin next week. I am going to strengthen my hair for the procedure and have this regime going for life know that propecia has gotten so much cheaper. Still not settled on who I should use? As I said before my hairloss has settled. I am going to turkey or india. That I know. Also the procedure must be in the beginning of July.
