  1. Many thanks David! My apologies if I repeated a question... still new to the interface. Thanks again!
  2. I've seen everywhere that the grafts are securely anchored at day 10 post op, but when it comes to haircuts, there isn't a solid answer. I've seen everything from 10 days to three weeks. I'm returning to work on day 10 and desperately need a haircut. I wish they would have just shaved my entire head during the operation! Many thanks.
  3. Hey everyone, first off thank you for taking the time for reading my concern. As the title states, it's day three and while I was sleeping, I involuntarily itched my recipient area. All grafts seem to be in place, however I'm concerned that I dislodged some. There are no signs of blood, however there is puss. I circled the area in the picture below. Did I just shoot myself in the foot? Many thanks. ilhwan

  5. Had two surgeries: 1) 2500 FUE ~2011 2) 1000+ FUE ~2013 My questions are: 1) Is the density where it should be for the amount of grafts? 2) Are the FUE scars larger than the average? .8mm punch was used. 3) Is the donor area depleted? I'll be going in for another surgery from another doctor next week for 800 grafts to fill in the temples. Will post before and after pictures here later. Forgot to mention that I have started using Propecia and Rogaine after the surgery, so that did aid in the thickness in the crown area. Many thanks everyone and appreciate the feedback.
  6. Negative. All were taken at the same time (two years post op). I was not balding too badly... I would say Norwood Class II. All those grafts were placed in the temples (primarily the left, as it was worse than the right). Seeing other results, it seems that only 1500 grafts were needed... My concerns lie in the aftermath of the donor area. If I chose to have another surgery by a board certified doctor, do I have enough grafts to go around or am I **** out of luck? Many thanks for all the helpful responses!
  7. Dr. Ron Chao from hairlab.net Would you say that the harvesting zone is largely depleted? I regret ever going to him... shows you how important research is.
  8. Had two surgeries: 1) 2500 FUE ~2012 2) 1000 FUE ~2013 My questions are: 1) Are the FUE scars larger than the average? 2) Were the results worth it? I had receding hairline along the temples. Many thanks everyone.
