  1. Look at Dr. Bhatti. He charges 1$.20 a graft and shows some better work than I've seen from some doctors charging $8 a graft. The flight to India plus an awesome vacation to recover would still be cheaper. Check Dr. Maral or Demisroy in Turkey for other cheap doctors that produce good results. Dr. Dongnay is recommended here and charges 2 euro graft.

  2. Who ever said your hair loss isn't that bad is lying. You are only 24 and will most likely lose all of it by 30 in a NW6-7 pattern. You need to get on finasteride like yesterday. Also looking at the 2nd picture you posted from overhead, I'm not sure why Dr. Bhatti would say that is above 50% density, it looks pretty thin to me.

If I were you, I would max out with FUT first from the front to back then get a FUE after you can get anymore FUT. Use the FUE to fill in your FUT scar and add density where needed over time. Hopefully you have good donor hair. Get on FInasteride and Nizoral. Skip minoxidil.

I am also considering Dr. Bhatti for a transplant. I am doing a FUE because I'm 32, on Finasteride, and my thinning is not too severe. I hope it doesn't get worse but if it does I will go from FUE to FUT.

    Good Luck!

  3. Sorry for the heavy worded reply but I just really hate this product. If you have stopped for 2 months already just give it more time and it will stop and recover. It puts your hair all out balance and wack in regards to the hair cycle. I suggest buying some Caboki hair concealer to give you a bit more density until your hair recovers from minox damage.

I never had that bad of thinning just slightly, I panicked, jumped on minox and my hair grew in well and I thought it was amazing. Then it reached it's peak at about 6-9 months and went downhill and left me way balder than when I started. I was shedding so unnaturally like never before. I wish I just took Propecia only. Eventually the loss stopped and and my hair regrew some but I never got back to where I was before minox.

  4. Minoxidil is poison in my opinion. It has been said to be able to kill cats. Not sure how true that is but there is plenty of discussion on the internet about it. I used to use minox but quit after a few years. I saw great regrowth at first but then it just slowly dwindled away and I went back to where I started and even ended up worse. I had way more wrinkles and my skin looked like crap after all the minox use. After I quit I did not see an increase in shedding and maybe even a decrease. I remained on Finasteride and nizoral.

If you only used it for three weeks, your hair is in shock and will sort itself out with time. Nothing you can do at this point. It may end up worse than when you started because you hair has been introduced to a poison pretty much. The stuff should be banned in my opinion. I also had erection problems after starting minox. I blamed it on the propecia but after I quit minox my erections have slowly improved. Good Luck!

  5. Maybe it's because many of us can't afford that costly FUE procedures that most of the recommended doctors here charge. I cant afford a cost that is 6 times what another surgeon charges. A $3,000 procedure turns into a $18,000 possible down payment for a house.

I truly believe there are doctors around the world that can give the same results or better at a much lower rate because of location and other economics factors. I have looked at some of the doctors that are in the coalition that are not talked about a lot and their results are not better than what I see from much cheaper doctors that aren't recommended or in the coalition.

I do believe that this website has everyones best interest at heart but it is funded through doctors paying to be in the coalition. A doctor could have amazing results and not be in the coalition because they don't want to pay the membership fees.

I recently posted pictures about having surgery with Dr. Bhatti or Dr. Demisroy because that is what I can afford, both are not recommended here and both charge affordable prices. I received barely any feedback about my situation. I see other posted pictures and mention a coalition doctor and they get plenty of feedback from respected members and moderators. That bias is not fair to those of us that can not afford to pay first-world prices. We would like advice even if we don't choose a paying recommended surgeon.

I am grateful for this forum and I know it has help countless men make informed and educated decisions but we can't dismiss every doctor just because they are not affiliated here. The best we can do is create discussion and offer proof about their abilities.

  6. Wow I just looked him up and his site has over 200 before and after photos. I don't know any other sites that offer that much proof of great results. At $2 a graft, i would definitely see hime if I were getting a FUT. Be able to vacation in Thailand too. You could take a 1 month vacation to recover and get massage everyday and it's still way cheaper than western surgeons. I wish there was a know FUE Dr. in Thailand.
