  1. Yeah that would be great mate if you could put them up. I've got my procedure with Lorenzo in a couple of weeks. Can't wait man
  2. Toss up really, both fantastic doctors at consultation and also both streets ahead of most at Fue when I did my research. Story is, 2 years ago i saw bisanga when he came over to London and he was really honest with me. At the time I was using regaine but hadn't touched propecia before & bisanga said I was not a good candidate for this reason. Bisanga suggested that if I got my hairline restored and some more at the top I may lose hair further back in the future, therefore he recommended me to get on propecia for a couple of years to see if it stabilised. i was gutted but it was refreshing, as I had the week before had a consultation with a different company who just wanted me in the chair ASAP and hadn't even mentioned propecia to me! 2 years on, the propecia has certainly stabilised my hair and I went for a consultation with Lorenzo who is now working in partnership with Farjo in Manchester. Consultation was really positive and I just felt confident that this guy is an artist with Fue and I got to meet a client straight from surgery whose new hairline looked great. Lorenzo showed me lots of examples of his patients with similar loss to me and their results are awesome. He seems to be a genius at what he does. I couldn't really choose between the two based on what I've researched as both of their work is out there on the Internet and really transparent for all to see. Its clear they are both wizards of Fue so it also came down to location for me and Manchester is a lot more accessible for me than Belgium. I also felt really positive at consultation with Dr Lorenzo & Mick so decided to go with him. Hope this helps
  3. Two weeks tomorrow I'm up! Will keep you posted dude
  4. Good point, if the fibres are on the hairs your safe but would have to be pretty special at applying it to guarantee not getting it on the scalp. I would also be concerned about the locking mist/holding spray directly on grafts and effect that would have. I've got my first HT in a couple of weeks & I can promise that the nanogen will be staying in the cupboard for a good few months! Not worth the risk man.
  5. My opinion is that when you get used to using a product like nanogen or toppik etc, you get used to the way it looks. Therefore when you wash it out and look in the mirror your hair then looks a lot thinner again. So maybe it's an illusion that it is dangerous. If I had to hazard a physiological guess as to why it might be dangerous, I'd say that the locking mist, holding spray or whatever may interfere with minoxidil? Again, pure guess work tho!
  6. Not sure about long term, but I've been told not to use it for a bit after HT while the grafts are healing as this may effect growth.
  7. Can't give you much in the way of experience as I've not had a HT yet but I can say that I've had 4/5 consultations including Bisanga, Shahmalak and Lorenzo. I've decided to go with Lorenzo.
  8. Fair play lookingforht, I have my first HT in a couple of weeks & I'll be freaking out too. Probably won't let the wind blow on it!
