    Were the crown hairs body hair transplant? If so, you probably can't expect them to grow to a normal length. Same that your hairs didn't grow? Is it possible to talk to other patients about it? Perhaps you just got unlucky. Bhatti and other professionals would have their occasional botched operation too, I assume.

    I'm obviously not him, he had about 1800 at the front, which seems a normal number. I'd assume the grafts just died.the reviva site has a number of Indian celebs who got transplants and etc, so I'm honestly more leaning to OP just being really unlucky, rather than going to a scam clinic, though considering the lack of information on this clinic anythings open.

    I'm unsure if you know, but what was the density of this hair transplant? Like grafts/cm?

    I think it's enough grafts, but I can't tell what kind of hairline you're getting. Could you take a picture with your hair back and the hairline drawn in or something?

    I personally wouldn't. I believe at 10 days, there's still a change to damage the grafts. Someone else here would give better and more experienced answers, though

    Really? So the hair just isn't growing? Is it possible to get a photograph, I was actually near to booking an appointment with this surgeon, but if the results are bad.... I'm honestly surprised, considering that the clinic seems to have operated on a number of Indian celebrities and etc...

    I am relaxed, it's just that I was planning to get a transplant relatively soon and wanted to make sure I'm not rapidly losing more hair.

    If you only want a buzz cut style, you could try that micropigmentation thing for a lot cheaper?

    Result looks pretty good. How long would you say it would have been before you could be really mobile? I ask as I'd be travelling back to another country afterwards, aha

    Thanks for the opinion. While I want to go back to a female hairline and will probably ignore any advice telling me to not get a HT while young, I still want to be sure that my loss has stopped or slowed down enough not to be a worry. So yeah, if it looks like it hasn't moved then I'll probably get 2000 grafts to bring it forward

    About 9 of these months were on finasteride or dutasteride + trans HRT. I was thinking about a hair transplant, obviously, but should make sure it's still receding fast.

    The more grafts the more likely it is for them to not survive and grow I I'm not mistaken, so high numbers if grafts like 60-70 a probably done better over 2 procedures. That may be why surgeons like bhatti treat 45 as the standard number to reduce the risk of this happening, but it s possible to get a large number of grafts and have them survive

    Thanks for the reply, I was just confused. Like some clinics call 45 grafts a dense packing, while others say it's 60 and up. I'm assuming it's the 60 grafts and up, though.

    Another question, I guess. When a HT doctor claims they did a 'dense pack', just how many grafts is this really?
