  1. You have some nerve pain and this is common to have from FUE and usually manifests from day 5 or so for a week and usually is worse at night. Pain killers, cold aloe vera, vitamin b tablets for nerves also help but it will pass as said above...I have had it once and back in 2006 and it was far less known then but I saw that it was and have also dealt with countless who have had it and it usually follows the same pattern and timelines.

  2. I am just a random dude, an average joe, a run of the mill guy who knows nothing, then writes an Encyclopedia of terminology and dissects results they do not like, bumps what they don't like of a particular clinic and go AWOL when there is an update that doesn't suit their narrative on the case they bumped! Gives compliments, yet always peppered with a negative...It is hard for them to have longevity because posting history is evidence and they all have to use the same routines to a degree..usually faceless also and no surgery ever comes...

  3. Yes, confessed or fessed, or comes clean,  are all a negative connotations that shows how this is still for many a stigma. We don't have the same issue with other medical procedures and treatments ranging from gender re-assignment to breast augmentation or facial surgery etc. I do think there is positive change but it is a process and hopefully the good surgery outcomes will also foster a more positive perception.  Well done to him for addressing his own case also.

  4. Valid points.. To be honest we try to make our material available to other languages and French, Polish, Spanish and Italian. Italian more so because I speak it personally and want to lead also by example to those who have been asked to translate, so they can see I take my own medicine when asking for translation and don't ask anything I myself am not willing to do. A lot of Italians will go for cheaper packages and I know that so it is a labour of love to get educational material to them and really not to bust into the market.

The material we are producing, the Bitesize and the In the OP-Room are really unique and the user gets years of experience from a doctor in just a matter of minutes and this really is not the norm, so I have also a passion to get it out and not really worry about if someone comes to us or not but to show them things that will then make sense and material that you cannot get from other videos.

We are very international and actually the demographic has changed since 2009/10 and largely due to budgets and some who have more interest in price than the pedigree and results and some countries have declined while others have a different view on the priorities. We are very busy and well booked up and for me education always beats sales and good results, customer service and access to educational material is really important, so I translate it even if it won't make me a dime I am just glad to get it out there..

  5. Wonderful video and really goes into the op-room and to see the simple yet profound explanations from Dr.B. So many clinics are really amateurs and so many use only the occipital areas for hair line and temples and these days really need to end because they are really being exposed more thankfully. A big thank you to the patient for allowing to share this, he is for sure doing his best for others to not make the same errors he did.

  6. Yes, and quality of life, work , social impact is without cost and as said here, the irony is they pay more per hour in a 3/4 hours 4k FUE that we or others would do over two days...and they have tech only and a good number of them and I have heard of 8/9 patients daily, it is a conveyor belt. Forums help but this will never be eradicated and I have seen UK outfits similar spring up.
