  1. ej, Are you allowed to say on here how much all the work with dr Bisanga cost or could you PM me with the cost please. I'm in a very similar situation as you and know exactly how you've felt in public.
  2. fred I'm in exactly the same situation as you even down to reparing the top with old plug ectractions and mini/micro grafts (done before fue) I also had some so called temp tattooing done years ago and unfortunately it turned blue ( but lucky only had a small area done) I really need to cover up my scars but because of the latter i'm very wary of taking the plunge. I'm in the UK, i see your in denmark. I presume you had the treatment done there? I'm considering HIS but just to do my scarred area they want around ?2000 which i believe is way too much for what it is. I did have some work done by a Lady in chiswick London, which was very good but only lasted a few mnths. I'd be interested to hear where you had the treatment done.
  3. who is the surgeon thats doing it i'd have thought he would have researched surgeons and flown one in if needed.
  4. Thanks for the pics ej, i know exactly what you mean about standing at a bar or in a queue situation. I have to cut my hair down to a no2 grade at the back because my hair is so fine. I would say my donor scars (large punches and linear scars) have a little bit more hair in between and my hair is quite light lucky enough so that does help, but its obvious somethings been done as its so patchy. As i said i'm not too good with pcs, so when i get shown how, i'll post some pics. Would you be able to give me some idea of what it cost you? Maybe you could try Pm me again. I don't know what went wrong the other day with receiving mails, but i'm getting them now. Thanks for the help ej.
  5. Hi ej, I'm finding it really encouraging you posting all this as, as you may remember i'm also a UK potential repair patient. ( had some removal and replacement of large punch grafts)my worst area is my donor area. I've seen stephens (BHR rep ) and its exactly like i'm hoping to achieve eventually. You'rs is looking great and the donor area is completely undetecable. I think we're very lucky to have dr Bissanga on our doorstep. I would definitely get the train over a lot less hassle i think. Do you have any pics i can see before all the beard grafts. Sorry if you've already sent them to me, i'm not too good at filing stuff......wrong generation LOL.
  6. Hi Spex, Could you try replying again please? as i really need to get some answers so i can make my decision and get things sorted out. Thanks.
  7. HI Spex, Could you explain to me how MLs tecnnique differs from HIS? I need to get this done to cover up loads of large punch scars but i'm really undecided with who to go to out of these two. His technique seems to last longer but is it because they go deeper and use different inks. On the other hand MLs work may be very expensive in the long run as it would need to be redone more often. Having had a bad experience with so called semi tattooing years ago (wich turned blue and spread, and is still there after maybe 15 years or more) although only a small area at back of head. the main things stopping me is 1) spiralling costs if multiple sessions on scars needed due to ink not taking. 2) colour turning blue/green. 3) colour spread. Some of the HIS work does sometimes look slightly bluish although it just be the dark examples and poor quality pictures. HIS are very open about things and show lots of examples ML seems to be lacking in examples. I also asked her similar questions to these, over a mnth ago on this forum, and she still hasn't got back to me. This is the sort of thing that can reall put perspective clients off. Especially people like me that have really had loads of problems caused by dodgy HT people.
  8. Milena, you said that you'll try and answer all our questions. I posted the above questions ages ago, do you think you could answer these for me please? I'm very interested in getting this done to my scars and scalp but really need these questions to be answered,in order to make a decision. Thanks in anticipation
  9. how long ago was this done? I was also looking at a smp practitioner in Harley st called Anouska do you know if your lady and her are partners? If these pics were recent then the dots still have to shrink but the hairline is not natural looking and as said, everywhere needs more density with the sides shaving closer. Did she say the treatment was complete? if she did i'd find another clinic like HIS and have more density and a softer more natural hairline. To neat hairlines arouse suspicion as you get older.
  10. Hi Sl, Thanks for the reply, i totally agree with BHRs policy when assessing new ideas, Thanks.
  11. I wonder how soon someone like Dr Bisanga would adopt dr wesleys techniques once they were proven? Maybe Steve ( Dr Bisangas Rep )could give us some idea on what Dr Bisangas opinion is on this.
  12. Hi ej, Do you have any recent pics of the scalp donor repair area? i'm interested to know what percentage growth you think you had. Thanks for posting all this its given me lots of hope to get my mess repaired when i can eventually get to see Dr Bisanga.
