  1. Will I get it in a drug store/pharmacy? I live in Vancouver, BC. Where do I find MSM? What about Biotin as well? I understand that's just Vitamin B7 so I think I can find that in a pharmacy. Also should people that have not had HT take MSM to grow their hair faster as well? I don't know much about MSM, just found it on a post here on this site somewhere. I am 6 weeks post op btw and want my native hair at the recipient site that were shaved to grow the fastest.
  2. Hey WhiteLion When I looked at your hair, I did not even file like your hairline was that high or unnatural. My friend has a hairline like yours and he is a handsome hunk. He keeps his hair short. If you keep yours long I don't see how anyone would say that you have a high hairline. What you need to do is start going to the gym and get buff. For more reasons, than one that will help you in your life. First, people won't bully you anymore, which I doubt they do now anyways because you are out of high school. Second every one looks better with a better body. Third it makes your facial feature better and more defined. Fourth it will make the type of hairline you have seem really nice on your face. Fifth you will see a lot of body builders with buzz cuts or bald heads or way worse hair lines than you which might make you feel better. And last but not least, it releases endorphins in your head that make you feel naturally happy. Oh and I forgot to mention - girls love guys with a great body. That's just what I think you need to do at this point. Honestly I don't know why those kids bullied you about your hairline. I don't see anything unusual about it.
  3. I don't know whether I should be taking any kind of vitamins or minerals that help with hair growth. I had my surgery with Dr. Wong and on post op instruction sheet it said the name of a vitamin that helps with growth. Sorry can't remember right now which one it was, and I don't know where that sheet is at the moment. I kind of ignored that part up until now (6 weeks from surgery) because I believe I have a very balanced and healthy diet and lifestyle. I eat steamed brocolli, whole grained bread, boiled corn, cereals, fruits (banana, apples, mangoes), vegetables- (spinach, cauliflower, carrots etc. made Indian style with spices). Also drink protein shake (a mix of whey protein, egg, banana, milk). Also cereals with milk. Also eat lentils, beans (cooked Indian style with spices) with Rice a lot. Also lots of water a day. The above make most of my diet. Don't eat/drink any junk - ex: coke, donuts, cake etc. I have always been a healthy guy and exercise a lot so I don't know if I should be taking any sort of vitamins to promote hair growth fastest.. What do you guys think? PS: please check out my profile page for photos of my HT and see how it's coming out. Thanks

  17. Hi guys. I'm 5 weeks post op. Just became a member of this site. I have uploaded pictures of my transplant of 1500 grafts. I would really like your feedback on it. Please view the pictures I have uploaded on my profile page and let me know what you think. My surgeon was Dr. Wong.
  18. I'm 5 weeks post op. My hair loss is NW2-3. I had my hair a bit long before the HT. Doc did shave the recipient area so it looked pretty unnatural. Basically I had to wear a cap for the first week to hide that I had hair transplant. For the next 4 weeks I had to wear a cap to hide a bad looking haircut. After 2 weeks, people can't tell that you had a transplant unless your scar is visible which shouldn't be if your hair is 1 inch or longer. But again I chose Dr. Wong who is a great surgeon so...
