Quick update that shows my hair pre-op and now as it is growing out. About 8 months and 3 weeks. No product in any of the pics.

I have been a member of this forum for over a month and I have only just come across this post. As a few of the members I have been chatting with know, I had my surgery through the london hair transplant clinic and I totally champion them. I used the groupon offer that so many of you are judging and to be honest I am offended by some of your comments! Some of us dont have lots of money and my only option to be able to afford surgery was through their groupon offer. They were really professional throughout and I am really happy with the results, using this kind of offer doesnt make me naive, it makes me money savvy. I can confidently say I think my hair transplant is every bit as successful as if I had gone anywhere else, I just paid a lot less. I have to say that many of the people posting here are making judgements even when they have no experience with the company at all!

Glad to hear you had a positive experience, but as you're no doubt aware simply saying you had a good result won't attract much credibility without pics.

This looks amazing. I'd love to see more of Dr Keser's work. And I love the hairline, hope you keep all the grafts Martin..... the signs are good. Please keep posting.

Congrats Raphael! Looks great for 6 months, no wonder youre over moon and as others have said more to come. So glad to see this update as I count down a matter of weeks until I fly to Ottawa myself.

Whats the reaction been amongst friends and family? Have you told many people?

This is phenomenal. If ever there was a picture that summed up the dramatic difference that hair can make to someone's appearance, sense of style/ self it's the last one. He looks like a different man. Well done to the doc.

what's the doc said about the shockloss?

Did he have to excise your previous scar?

But youre right to be concerned. I've not seen anyone that's moved from no/ poor growth to satisfactory or better at 9 months.

How do operations like this manage to dodge regulation. Blatant misuse of copyright, hard selling medical procedures. It's amazing they get away with this sh!t. Anyone with medical qualifications working for these cowboys should be struck off.

I just booked my flights to Ottawa this evening. I had that feeling of apprehension that comes with knowing there's no turning back now (well, not without significant cost) so thought I'd come on here hoping to make myself feel better about it all and I have to say seeing where you are at just 3 months mike is a huge comfort. The next six months are going to be awesome for you buddy.

Personally preferred the messy style or even combed back.

Key thing is he actually has options now. Really impressive.

Some questionable lighting differences however between the before and afters.

As surgeries go it's extremely minor, I can't imagine there is much that could go wrong, especially not in the hands of an experienced surgeon like Rahal. What are you anxious about exactly? It might help to pinpoint the particular things you're concerned about and talk them through with someone.

Things are coming along great. I am a day over 4 months out now, so am due an update. I have just this morning taken new photographs, and will be posting a new 4 month update with photos later today. Let me know what you think! Are you considering Rahal?

You're well on way now mate. The scar seems to be healing up well and the shockloss recovering. Can't wait to see the 3 months pics!
