There is this KFC tv add/commercial on in Ireland where two guys are sitting opposite each other and the fella on the left is upset with the fella on the right, the one on the left is a diffuse Norwood 4/5 and he is saying " dude you're dating my ex girlfriend, that's not cool" or something along them lines. The other guy who's dating his ex has fantastic thick hair ha,the ad is basically saying left dude is a worthless twat , who's Gf runs off with someone with who's better looking with better hair. It just proves that thinning hair is a sign of being less desirable.

Yeah I've started the foam but can't use too much or i get sides. Supposedly S5 cream doesn't become systemic, I'm going to reduce my intake of potassium foods etc just incase.

Would be ok to use S5 cream on the recipient area nearly 1 month after a transplant?

I def think he had work done.In some pics he is receding fast and now he has a full thick hairline,which I don't think propecia works on. I think he uses some concealer or thickener aswell. McConaughey def had something done, some people say he wears a hair piece but i just can't see it, his hair looked great at the oscars although it prob had all sorts of product in it.

Definitely ask for a refund or like patriot said about letting the public know about the incompetent work they carry out, tell them you will put an add in the local/national paper about their horrible clinic if they don't refund all your money.I don't think I've ever seen a result like that, you said you could only afford 1500 grafts,but you could have got a flight to Turkey and 3000 fue with Dr Demirsoy or Dr Kul for what you paid... absolute madness!!

I can't really say about the fut scar but I had fue and all I'm getting at the back is itchiness being 2 weeks post op,but the top is still a little numb although I think that's starting to subside.I don't know maybe the strip cuts too much of a gap and the nerves can't heal right, having it for years does not spund nice at all.

Exactly, they are vital.Some don't need them done but those that do and don't get them done could run the risk of their procedure looking like a wig, plus they frame your whole face so much better!

I went through Ataturks 2 security checks incl passport control with a black baseball hat and a huge bandage and never had to take it off once, the only thing I wish I had was a hoodie because the hat covered the hairline but the new transplanted temple points were fresh and raw for everyone to see, I got some looks but fk it I'm never going to see any of them again, you'll be fine

No I meant the sides of my head ha, ie above the ears etc.What I think is, that area needs dht to grow so will blocking it hinder the regrowth there, I know it's confusing but just google propecia above the ears/sideburns and there is plenty of cases.Maybe some proscar crushed up into some regaine foam might be better to use on top instead of taking it internally.

Cheers Yaz..,I was talking a dht blocker before the op but it made my sides worse hence why I had them done, I was wondering if I start taking it again will it damage or hinder the growth of the new grafts on the sides?

Yeah that is exactly what I have been thinking, def do not want anything see through, and only being 2 days post op I can i understand your isolation comment already but that's what this forum is for.Are you using Regaine foam or anything else to help with regrowth?

Well that was a mission and a half getting home, but made it back safe and sound, got some weird looks all day ha, I think I was too exhausted to care.I was waiting at departures in Ataturk today the place was jammed, I had a big black baseball hat , new transplanted temple points and then my right eye started to swell up, everytime I turned around I could see less and less lol thankfully I necked 2 Ibuprofen before the plane took off... Have a few photos but don't know how to upload from my phone

I finally did it,can't stop looking in the mirror ha.Where do I start,I flew from Dublin to Istanbul yesterday, arrived at 23.15 not knowing what to expect, everything was fine until passport control,absolute nightmare getting through it.I arrived at Dr Kul's clinic this morning at 10am, the hotel btw couldn't have been any closer which was great, anyway I met Dr Kul and after chatting for a while we discussed the hairline design and we started. I'm one of the worst people for panicking, I walk into a hospital and I start sweating, so of course I was feeling like I couldn't breathe etc but Dr Kul was excellent he let me take a break anytime for water, after he implanted 1000 grafts we stopped and he had a lovely chicken kebab waiting.We started again and he implanted the other 500 grafts.We finished up and he patched everything and gave me whatever medicine I needed. You will see from the photo that I got the temple points implanted,which was one of the reasons i went with Dr Kul,there isn't to many surgeons who can implant that area of the the head,which to me are vital for a hair transplant, otherwise it could end up looking like a hair piece, anyway I'm back in tomorrow for the 2nd session, can't wait Does anyone know how to attach photos from an iPhone?

Why would you go 12 months without smoking and then start again? That is ridiculous, and it doesn't make you relax, it does the complete opposite!
