Mike, we talked a few Month back and you told that you ordered a piece and was waiting for it. Now you have it and im happy that you are pleased. It looks like a full cap piece tjat covers your sides and back, is that true? Or is it just a top piece and the hair on back and sides are your own? If it is a full cap, why did you ordered that? Wouldnt it be enough with a top piece and just keep your hairs on back and sides? Where do you get it cut and attached? I am Also from Denmark.

Yeah i Think you are absolutly right about the sebum build-up was keeping my hairs and that i didnt wash proberly. I was normally allways gentle when washing and after This HT i have been super gentle, but i just needed the sebum to go away because it had gotten so bad that it was a thick thick layer, so i just scrubed it off. Only concern is all the native hairs that has fallen out these last couple of weeks. Anyway all i Can do is just wait

Been so stresses about This shedding that i have forgot it. Just tried to search my e-mail inbox but didnt Seem to could find it. But isn't it a couple of weeks ago you had your HT ? Did Any of your hairs Shed yet?

When did you have your HT? And was it Also lorenzo? Can i see pictures of it somewhere?

Well now i hit the rock bottem Just washed my hair proberbly with t/gel shampoo and allmost all the sebum came out. BUT Thousend of hairs came out along. All the hairs that went was only sticking around because it was stuck in the sebum. My native hairs have taking a BIG heavy hit I am fucking depressed, i even Called in sick at work today. If i just knew that the results would be good, or at least all my native hairs would come back, but none of the 2 things is a garantie

The problem is that i Also have the sebum all over my scalp, not only in reciepted Area. It is less on the sides and back, and alot all over the top of my scalp. But if it want affect the HT result Then that is fine. I just fell my hair is worse all together when i have This sebum. I Think it causes hairloss. Hopefully only tempeary.

Nice to know. I suffered shockloss Also and am nervous about it growing back. But im only 6-7 weeks post op so i know it is to soon to worry, but i just cant help it. But it sure gives me hope to see that your shockloss hairs return. ?

HTsoon, i have to say This. Your ht looks Amazing on your profile picture. Compared to where you were it is incredibul. Did you suffer shockloss in native hairs in Your HT ? And did they grow back? And after how long?

BTW didnt you had a HT with lorenzo? If so, Can you post the link to your thread?

I Will try to use it on the back and sides first. If it helps Then i Will ask lorenzo if its ok to use on reciepted Area. But first i Got to get my hands on it.

I Found one shampoo on the internet here in my country with 2 % salicylic acid. Would that be enough?

Ok i Will stop worrying, atleast try to. I do not massage my scalp, i wash it very gentle, especielly after the HT. I should maybe try to replace Coke with something Else, i am on finasteride so the green tea shouldnt be to much help. What brands of acid shampoo is there?

I know i need to chill but its just hard because i allready had 1 failed HT. But the problem is not the Shed of HT hairs, it is the Shed of my native hairs. I expected to loose Them but i didnt expected to loose This much native hairs. It even looks worse in the mirror than on the photo. Lorenzo Also said in the email that shockloss should return. But please understand it is a hard time when you allready had 1 failed HT in your bagage. Allthough that was not dr. Lorenzo who did it.

Dr lorenzo's clinic recommended clobex before the HT because i Also had problems with it before. Afterwards dr lorenzo says its the scalp healing and stuff like that but Also he says that if i want to use clobex and if i Think it Will help i Can try to use it because it is a safe shampoo. But i KNOW it has nothing to do with the scalp healing because i Also had it before the HT My derm dont know shit about This, when i went to him before my HT to get prescribed the clobex he told me that i could try it but he dont Think it would help and actually he didnt have Any idea or didnt really bothered checking it out proberbly. ?

Well so much for hopeing not to Shed ? I have shedded both transplanted hairs and native hairs. I look like crap now, my hair is now at the worse stage EVER in my life ? At This point im very sad, because my native hairs have Shed, if they dont come back im screwed. He did transplant into thin areas but i still had a bit of hairs there but now its allmost all gone. The remaining hairs is transplanted hairs that is sticking around because they are stucked in my Dam. Sebum build up on the scalp. I am afraid to just scratch the sebum of because Then the rest of the hairs Will Fall and Then i would look so so bad. I can really feel how much This period is affecting me. Also because i Think This excessive sebum i have is causing harm and shedding to my hair. How the f..k Can i get rid of producing This sebum shit???????? ?

De lorenzo says sebum shouldnt be a problem. But the shit just keep getting more and more build up on my scalp !!! And am shedding because of This crap! ? Somebody must have experienced This? The sebum becomes so obvies after i just washed my hair. Then it really shows. Its just laying like chunk on my scalp. This cant really be good for hair. How am my HT hairs suposed to grow through a thick layer of This shit? Very depressing

I do drink alot of coffe and Coke. Could that be the Reason?

The dr. Is lorenzo. I sent him the pictures of This before the HT and they said it was some sort of dermatitis and advices me to use clobex, wich i did. I Think it helped a little bit. But because of the HT i Can not use clobex shampoo I have sent an email to the clinic and is waiting a response.

Yeah i do look kinda close to pre op. But i Think some of my native hairs might have taken a hit. Well lets see in a couple of days. I had 1600 grafts so i guess its not that much, but its still abit. How Many grafts do you need?

After you Got rid of it, did you regrow Any hair? Do you Think it is causing more hairloss than normal when you have that much sebum buildup? Could it be there because of washing hair everyday?
