Hey KO, i hear what you are saying, and yes i have thought about that ALOT, trust me. But its really hard to "style" my hair when there is clear gaps. Especially in the hairline. If it was in the middle of the scalp there were some small gaps Then i could just comb my hair back and Then it would cover it, but when its in the hairline and you want to comb your hair backwards Then it looks bad with an clearly uneven hairline with clear gaps. And it looks really really stupid with a combed forward hairstyle on my.

Thanks Well dr lorenzo is an elite doctor, and the first reason i want him to fix it the most is because i would get the touch up maybe for free or at least at a very Low rate because i allready had surgery with him. The second Reason is that it have to be a FUE. And lorenzo is an FUE only doc, wich i Think is the best. Third Reason is that my donor area looked perfect after 10 days and you cannot see lorenzo took 1600 grafts out. And last, he knows my case allready so maybe that would mean he would be really really sure he would make it good.

Thanks Regarding the surgery with dr hakan. How Can i determine if i Got folliculitis? When i Google pictures of it i only see very severe cases of infected scalps. I do however have had ALOT of sebum the last couple of years, and now that i Think of it, i didnt really noticed Any sebum problems before my HT with dr. Hakan. Could This sebum be caused by an infection of folliculitis, and how Can i get rid of it? I cannot go to my dermatologist because they know nothing about hairloss, or scalp problems.

Hey guys. I am currently in the maldives on my honeymoon with my wife so i Will give an Update with pictures when im home i a week or so. But i Can tell you that the gaps is still there and im pretty sure that they Will not suddently starts to grow. I am Also nervous that another surgery might not help is there is a problem with my skin in some areas? Maybe dr. Hakan really messed my skin up in the reciepted area from the first HT i had? But shouldnt a top surgeon be able to tell if the skin looks good or not?

Hey buddy You really described it Well. And alot of things you say is absolutly true. If i get shockloss again and it Dont return the i would be very very sad. But if i only get the hairline treated Then i shouldnt experience shockloss because thats allmost all transplanted hairs, Right? Do you Think that it is because of my extremly poor HT with dr hakan that is the cause of not to good growth in certain areas?

I Think the main problem was that i recieved grafts into a thinning zone wich caused my hairs to Shock out and maybe only 60-70 % returned, so maybe thats why i have these "gaps" im talking about I dont think 50 grafts is enough to fill out the areas, but i emailed lorenzo and asked if it Can be done better with a touch up. If he says that its the best he Can do Then i have to accept that offcourse. But if he agrees that there are some spots that needs to be fill out, why shouldnt i do it? I get it that Many of you guys Think that im crazy or unrealistic, but you guys have to remember to look at before and after pictures and compare. Because its not about how my hair look at the top and the sides and the Crown. You need to focus on the hairline and the corners and compare the before and after on that area ONLY. I just thought with 1600 grafts in that area i would have a stronger hairline/corners Hopefully lorenzo say that he Can add a couple of hundred grafts and sort me out and Then im good to go

I agree that buzzed that short is not the best style to try to achieve a denser look. But i only cut it that short because i wanted to compare it proberbly.

What are you talking about beeing an arse? I commented on to People's HT because they asked for an opinion ! Please explain why im beeing an arse? Should i Lie and say something i dont mean? I wansnt beeing negative to Them, i just gave my opinion because they wanted People's opinion! And yes im expecting the density the doctor told me or at least close to it but when im looking at an area of maybe 1 square cm in the hairline where only 2-3 hairs are growing Then i wouldnt Call myself a density freak.

I know i might be nitpicking a bit, and i usually wait it a bit longer, i just shaved it Down so i could compare it properbly with before pictures. I updated the doc, and is waiting for he's response

if you compare it with the pre op picture do you still Think that my expectations are unreal? I understand that i might Seem Strange to some of you guys with a higher norwood, but you need to remember that i was NOT a High norwood, and i just Think that with my hairloss and the grafts i recieved, the results should be better. I mean clearly you guess must be able to see the spots im Talking about? Look at the picture once more. It not even a gap, its a Big piece of the hairline with 1 cm inside the hairline with like 4-5 hairs.

Well. I know that i never gonna get thick thick density, but there is alot of gaps all around the reciepted area wich makes my hairline and the corners look kinda unnatural My middle part of my hair is ok, but i still dont Think my that it looks good enough. You guys need to remember to look at before pictures This picture is before This HT, and as you Can see, the difference is not that Big, infact i have lost quite abit of native hairs and replaced with donor hairs. So its like one step forward and one step back :-/

10,5 Month Update

I have absolutly no interest in trashing dr. Bhattis work, im just giving my Honest opinion. And what are you talking about, multiple accounts? I have been here for like 4-5 years and i rarely comments on dr. Bhattis work (check my post history) but i do however give my Honest opinions when someone is asking. And the guy asked for an opinion. I have gotten 2 HT my self wich i have Well documented on This page. ( check my post history) And as i said. I really hope that he gets a good result but i just dont Think it Will be good because the grafts is Way to spaced apart. Its better to be prepared and accept that another HT might be nessesary, Rather than having hope for 12 Month and get really disapointed. I tried it myself and trust me, its not funny!

Again another dr. Bhatti HT where the density looks very very bad. I really hope you get a good result but i have to be Honest that i am 110% sure your gonna end up disapointed

Well. With your hairloss offcourse its not possible to give you a thick head of hair, but i just Think that the hairs a Way to much spaced apart. When you say you Also Think it looks a bit sparse at the moment, remember that it does not get better. Because Right now you have the grafts sitting tight. But if you only get 80% growth by 12 Month Then it Will be even worse. I hope that you get close to 100 % growth, otherwise i Think you end up disapointed

Really sorry but i dont Think the density looks good. I dont know if you have accepted it and discussed it with the doc, but you should not expect a dense result IMO

What Do you mean by remove my pictures? I have a threads on my first HT with dr. Hakan (wich ended up pretty bad) and i have thread with my HT with lorenzo.

Yes offcourse there is hope. But next time choose a surgeon that is Well known and is able to dense pack. I Think that would be the best in your case. I really Think the density looks bad ! What do other people Think?
