  1. Dr bhatti knows best I trust him id do a second due with this team I healed real nice just leary or not completely satisfied because it wasn't a one and done... You know?. He turned me on to finastride which is really helped me out. When that stuff kicks it really sprouts thick hairs. But like I said I am going to do it all over again? I bet if I lived out there next to a nice doc like him he would have had me already fixed up and looking Sharp. Haha but
  2. I have been think by judging of the looks of this in the mirror, the more the transplanted hairs are looking at the final state the team did a less then nominal job, areas with gaps. Density sucks. Also may or may not have completely transplanted the grafts that were counted in process. I'm not going to count but it is definitely not completely top notch procedure. But, all that said ...I think it's more than 50% of the finalized livable outcome of completed paid procedure. I'd look somewhere else that handles a high density in hind sight, I am tired of frying my scalp. F sun screen.
  3. I really do not know how I lost the hair in sides it was like over night kind of hair loss... the widow peak style... I do know I had miniaturization in the front but it seems to be going away in the mirror...with the fin 1%. I do really ask anyone(haven't asked anyone up close and in person) I've been stickin' with a hat to hide my deform dome haha but my dad used to be a hair cutter and I haven't showed him what I have done yet hahah he gave me a couple of cuts be for...recently before I had the transplant by the DR Bhatti. Thank you DR if you see this. P.s. It's going to be a good laugh or scare for him if he sees a almost full head of hair if I ever get to sit in front of him for hair cut again hahah as he had some stuff to say as I was getting "a little thin"
  4. Yeah I agree with you well any way I thought it was going to be worse than this but I have to say based on what I had done DR bhatti did me right. Maybe I could have gone another 500 or 750 more grafts and filled it in more? I do know I think my head would resemble a more detailed style, but I, going backfor a check up visit is in a possible plan to find out what he thinks after the complete look of this is no-long-growing. Anyone know about filling in density? Is there any dangerous problems to get a second transplant surgery if the first one went pretty smoothly?
  5. Side looks a little thin behind the new transplanted hairline
  6. Here is a update Let my hair grow from amiddle of April until end of June it was just getting long enough to start to blend with native hair, I had to buzz cut it because I think I had a scalp infection. Regardless I like buzzing my head during the summer. the donor area is not notice able when cut short but you can see the scars when buzzed. It takes about 1/4 to 1/2 inch to not see anything in my donor area and it was grouped together pretty tight which is okay if I am going to go back and do it again he can work off the side of the head more because he barely got passed the back side of my head and it seems like there is a lot of hair on my sides and still a lot on my back for looking regular. I noticed the new hairs don't blend so good when dry as it is stated they are a healthier hair and have a different textures. I can see the difference between the hair line areas and the area near line where the old and new meet it is thinner then up front so it looks kind of bad people were right on before density and blendi g from the old to new hair line is needed to style it beyond a concealing effect. But then I haven't grown it long enough to have it overlapping of the hair that the transplant placed to mix with the old hair. I am on minoxodil 5% and fin 1mg and fresh aloe Vera gel hand filetted and blended up in a blender. I have to say weather it's the fin usage and aloe mixed together, the hair where I noticed it becoming thin diameters shaft have gotten much thicker and healthier looking. Big time difference. I was just using rogaine by itself for close to two years and didn't notice much. The one thing I noticed is my hair now all grows at the same pace compared to the back top and sides growing faster than the front.
  7. Some updated pictures. Redness at both sites is lingering mostly when i wash my head i notice it. Not so much if it goes untouched for hours.. It is still slightly numb but have regained 80% of feeling back in my frontal scalp I have been keeping my hair short to watch the progress of the whole thing and to keep a healthy scalp. I have noticed alot of thin hairs coming out of my scalp where the hair that shed were. I had alot of hair that did not shed. My donor is almost invisible but a small patch on my right side of my donor is pretty mothy and seems to be noticable if the hair is short enough. All else seems like when this hair grows in and my native hairs in length it should blend better.. I just dont know about this density. Sure, i am wondering about it once it all comes out ill know for sure. One thing i noticed is the transplanted hairs grow faster than the others.
  8. The redness is practically gone. Only when i irritate it it gets red. The numb feeling on the forward top of my head is 75% gone. I shedded alot of the hair from the recipient site but there is still some there. More than i thought is there. I can see some hairs starting to grow already. I am interested to see once this comes in, in 6 months or a year how it will look. If it does not blend in with my native hair i will go for a second hair transplant to get it right.
  9. Kind of like looks like I saved up for half a transplant .
  10. We can see in a few pictures what has been happening. Crust/ scabs gone. The swelling is gone practically. Redness is still present and I think being 17days now I am shedding some hairs while I shampoo I see a few hairs from the recipient area falling out today for the first time so I took a few pictures of what it looks like.... The first couple replys of members seem to be spot on. I have got a mind to get more follicles implanted into the area as this density gives me little coverage of the area when short and most likely when long would not look really right either.ill at least give it a try! I at least now know that this procedure it not a problem for me to have again and I seem to heal good donor wise.
  11. Yes I agree it can be a tough thing. I think I was stabilized as far as hairs lost is concerned that's why I went ahead and had it done. I think adding finasteride is going to make a big difference too. I'll update when the hair is longer or when I regrow the shed.
  12. I may reach out to one of them if this does turn into a eye sore. I asked the doctor about what rough estimate of density I currently have right now. It is a bummer I seen some quotes from hospitals/clinics in Istanbul for 1700euros with airfare and hotel. For a special for September. Should have shopped around more.
  13. I don't go to doctors much, so I have only been on a regiment of minoxidil 5% twice a day. that was a turning point in my idea of what was actually happening to my hair. It was falling out. It was weak, weather it was from smoking - my diet or my surroundings. With minoxidil it caused hair to come in all over, temples, forelock, and top of my head. I did not notice much loss on the top. But still applied it like you would after shave on your shaved face. I have a feeling that the use of both of them combined will give me a change as well. I know I can at this point I can style my hair the way I used to. And if I have a physical need to add more it can be done. I am sort of stepping back and recall possibly going to other clinics in the United States costs are very high. I looked at what they are doing at places in Turkey but didn't want to travel there... where as you all say a more grafts closers together would be better. I would rather have a high survival rate, getting and a sense of dropping in a targeted area where it needs to go, like what has happened, I could shave this down in a year and come back and add a X amount of hair if I need it. There is a lot of multi hair grafts in this transplant. But also i was quoted a in person graft estimated at 1400. But decided to wait. I actually seen impovement in my hair from minoxidil since then. So angles on the camera and swelling have a lot to do with the way they look spaced apart. I could feel the cuts going into my skin even when numbed, although very deadend...the tool he used for implanting are very close together... and the implantation of grafts follow along those holes or slots he cuts and DR. Bhatti has high level of skill. With the techs coming in with graft placement four or five people placing them at once. Could there be a injection or tool that will spread the skin and implant grafts closers with higher rates of survival....than he was using the knife ...i am not a doctor
