ok thankyou. so say if i had the money for 4000 FUE grafts. Is it possible for me to have them done say 1000 a day over 4 days in the same week?

HEY JUST A QUICK QUESTION. oops sorry bout the caps lol. You say dr.Armani was a bad result so you went more conservative next time. Was it a bad result because you had a high amount of FUE transplanted which gives less chance of good growth?? And if you transplant less FUE theres more chance of a good result? Just wondering because i wanted a FUE megasession but might not now if theres less chance of good growth. Thanks.

im 100% with u on tihs azaz. and im only 23 but my hair has receded a hell of the way back from the front and now its thinning. my crown isnt going yet. i just need a half decent hairline, i want about 4k fue grafts in the front third of half of my head, then il buzz and be happy. and i wouldnt mind a bald spot in a few years plus im on meds so hopefully that wont come for a while. but i 100% understand what your saying and what you want.

wow feelzgood your hair looks great. i have the same idea as you, i want FUE, i probs have a bit more hair then u did in your pre-op photos. But its a similar patter of loss and im destined to be a nw6/7. By the way i think your hair looks fine how it is!! i want FUE in the frontal 1/3 or half. then im gonna buzz it short like a number 2. and if my crown goes then so be it il jus wear it even shorter. i can only really afford one go at this. and it does make a difference having a hairline if if i buzz to a 0.5 or a number 1. and im not too botherd if i have a bit of a bald spot. hi James. im 23 as well and iv been receding since i was 16. it was ok at first i didnt mind i was receding but my hair was still thick, but now its thinning and i dnt really have a hairline at the front. its totally destroyed my confidence. I hate it. Im on propecia i dont really know if its doing anything but just the fact im taking it makes me feel a bit better. Just one bit of advice on your haircut which i do to mine now and love it, i have my hair really short at the sides i get it cut at a grade 1, then on top and to the back i have it cut fairly short with scissors so i have a kind of short mowhawk. With me having a grade 1 at the sides because i go that short it makes my hair on top seem thicker then it actually is. And your hair is alot thicker then mine it would look really smart on you.

what do people think of Dr.Umar for FUE?. He's in Cali.

iv looked at his hair clinic. results look good on there and its alot cheaper than a HT. i think id have it done but i have an alien head and id rather get some fue at the front first.

Hey. iv had the same idea. IM 23 yrs old and im probs a norward 3 just above tht nearly a 4. iv receded loads at the front but its ok at the back i have no bald spot, yet. But im taking propecia and i think its steadying it. Both my dad and uncle are norwood 7's and its quite obvious thats what im going to be. So im thinking of getting FUE , hopefully about $18,000 worth. i want my hairline re-defining, i wont have it too low but not to high either and i wont have it bang on straight , just curved a lil bit. then im gonna keep my hair at a grade 1 and if it goes at the back then so be it il just keep it short and least il have my hair at the front.

i would do it aswell if i thought it looks like a number 1, but TBH, i think it jus looks like u have a shaven head with a hairline, so thats put me off.

Your right it is a costly affair. Im also not earning a great amount of money but definately considering a HT by way of getting a loan and financing with credit cards. I would obviously make sure i can keep up with the payments before doing it, but i dont think you can put a price on the happiness , peace of mind and potentially life changing thing a HT can bring you!

Without a doubt you have to keep your hair buzzed forever if you go for the micropigmentation. As for the hairline and sharpness of them, it is entirely upto you, you reep what you sow- if you have a hairline half and inch above your eyebrows and straight as an arrow, you will look a twat when your aged 50+ . If i went for it (which im considering) id have a receding look, but a bit better then the hairline i have now. Id also think about having small FUE procedures like i think MIKETHEDANE said and dot hairs around my hairline and behind, just so the odd tosser that does deside to rub your head does feel stubble. As for turning grey when im older but still having that tat......Lets jus hope they come up with an idea for that in the next 20 years or im f**ked !!!!!

Hi everyone Just a quick question i have, do you think different surgeons produce different results in terms of width of strip scar? If so you guys know the best docs for the thinnest strip scars? Im thinking of a HT with H&W but seen a couple of posts saying there scars are a bit wider then expected from there? Although i may have just seen a couple of unlucky ones im not implying they generelly do wide scars, they do some great work hence me thinking of going there! Il be uploading some photo's soon (as soon as my sister decides to give me my digi cam back lol) im 22 nearly 23 so im sure you guys will have some great advice for me cheers!

you do know your grafts will probs shred around the 5 week mark? and then you will start to notice them sprouting after around the 3 month mark? and full results are seen after and upto 18 months in most cases? lol....... good luck happy growing pal
