Regular Member hairdini Posted April 25, 2007 Regular Member Share Posted April 25, 2007 I've read several post pertaining to hair transplant surgery on here from the year 2002 and 2003. Is this advice still applicable given the advancement of what were able to do now compared to back then? What do you guys think?

Senior Member YoungGuy Posted April 25, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted April 25, 2007 A lot of it is, but it depends on the advice, doesn't it? What exactly are you asking about?
Senior Member hairbank Posted April 26, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted April 26, 2007 The main change has been in the available session sizes and I'm not sure if the trichophytic donor closure method was used back then. Some of the advice would still be applicable, but you would really need to evaluate it versus todays HT's to see what needs modified. As I mentioned, session sizes would likely be the number one variance. Bill - Seemiller
hairdini, I agree...much of the advice will still be applicable, however, keep in mind varying opinions, some changes in technology and techniques, etc. It's better just to ask if you are unsure of something. How can we help you? Bill
