Wearing hats/haircuts post procedure

I know each clinic/surgeon would have different instructions on when you can have a haircut of donor/recipient area and wear hats post procedure. How long were you told after your procedure (whichever surgeon/clinic) that you were allowed to wear a hat again and get a haircut?

Planning my procedure around some travel so just wanting to get some different opinions!

It takes approximately 3 days for the grafts to be anchored well in the scalp…after that a loosely fitted hat can be worn for short periods of time.
