The hair follicles that have shed those tiny hair have moved into the dormant phase.

The transplanted hair will almost all shed and then you will start to grow new hair after 3 or 4 months. This is completely normal and happens to just about everyone. It's very rare that transplanted hair does now shed.

@Kacan This is normal and expected. You are going through what’s known as the “ugly duckling” phase of the hair transplant. The transplanted hair will go into resting phase and shed (however the root under the skin is still intact). At about month 4 they should slowly start to sprout again.

I don’t mean to be rude, but did you not read about this process before surgery and did your doctor not inform you about this?

I’m aware of shedding. But the tiny hairs Im talking about, are NOT the first transplanted hairs that shedding, but a hair that shed on week 2-3, started to grow, and then fell again when he was very tiny.
