Late Fin/Dut Side Effect Development?

Has anyone ever developed side effects to finasteride or dutasteride years into taking it?

Initially side effects are developed within first few weeks.

This can happen. You can always titrate the dose based upon how you feel.

they can happen yes. You may need to lower your dose to minimise the side effects.

i would say yes.

when i first used oral fin at age 26, the only initial side effects i felt were mild ball pain two days into taking it. after that the only times i noticed sides were dropping erections, decreased semen volume and force of ejaculation during sexual activity. i was on it for a year. 

when i tried fin again 10 years later (topically) after a few uses i would get the ball pain after each application, and even head head aches from it. 

so i think as we age, and out hormone levels change we react to the drugs differently.
