I am not expert how much 5200 graft is, I have been through the process FUE. Can anyone let me know that is it really 5200 graft as doctor said 🤔.

Do you have any previousphotos available before surgery? In my opinion, not looking like 5200 grafts. And I don't know why your doctor went for that particular type of temple work

Sean, 

Your focus should not be on "how many grafts were implanted" but on how good your results will be. Your transplant  photos (from what I can tell) actually looks decent and the doctor did a decent job. 

I know most clinics charge by the grafts, and as a patient you want to make sure "you get what you paid for" so the clinics should be more transparent but true 5200 pure follicular units would butcher your donor area at your age, and you look very young. 

In summary: no it does not look like true 5200 follicular units, but it also does not matter, and to be honest you would not want to have a true 5200 follicular unit transplanted at your age.

 It's been 21 days since my transplantation and I am worried about my donar area 😢, don't know weather it's the result of shock loss or over harvesting meanwhile doctor said nothing to worry gradually my hair will grow with time.

Shock loss can take 2-6 months to recover.
