Senior Member Doron Harati Posted October 28, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted October 28, 2023 Temporal peaks should be made with single grafts, there're many patterns of temporal peaks loss, in some cases the candidates should know that the hairloss of the peaks can continue and consider if it's the right time, or the transplanted hair can stay black while hair behind can be white. This is a result of one of the clinic's team that had a peaks job 10 years ago and the result is sustainable till today (right photo I took from recent).
